This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the reform of Chinese teaching management in secondary vocational schools.Taking S secondary vocational school in huizhou as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese teaching and management from the multi-dimensional perspective of school,students and teachers by means of questionnaire survey and interview.As for the curriculum orientation,vocational education features are not obvious and extension is not sufficient.In terms of teacher management,teacher training needs to be strengthened,quantity and quality needs to be improved,and enthusiasm to participate in teaching management is lacking.In terms of teaching management concepts and methods,the working form of teaching and research office is more than the content,teaching management methods are obsolete and teaching management concepts lag behind.In terms of teaching management mechanism,the evaluation mechanism is single and the incentive mechanism is deficient.Base d on this,this passage puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to push forward the reform of secondary vocational Chinese teaching management: the first one is the basic standards for different professional school Chinese curriculum.The second one is to improve the management of the secondary vocational language teachers.The third one is to optimize secondary vocational Chinese teaching management idea.The fourth one is to improve secondary vocational Chinese teaching management mechanism.The fifth one is expanding secondary vocational Chinese teaching reform path.These countermeasures and Suggestions are helpful to explore reasonable and effective strategies for the reform of Chinese teaching management in secondary vocational schools,further improve the comprehensive ability and professional quality of secondary vocational students,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents needed by enterprises,which are innovative to some extent.
