With the development of social economy,the government has been attaching more and more importance to education,coupled with the strict management of schools and the high expectations of parents,the study pressure of middle school students has been increasing.In particular,the junior three students who are about to take the high school entrance examination are facing the heaviest learning pressure.However,due to the lack of corresponding opportunities and channels for them to timely reduce their burden,they will show many bad emotions and even some extreme behaviors over time.This situation needs constant intervention and follow-up from all walks of life.In China,although social work started late,but in promoting the healthy growth of young people,tapping their potential and helping them adapt to social life and other aspects of the role is still worthy of recognition.This study adopts the professional method of social work,and under the guidance of the social support theory,carries out specific case services and group activities for some students of X middle school in the secondary school entrance examination to help the service objects correctly understand the learning pressure and reasonably control the bad emotions to maintain the pressure balance.Help them make study plans and learn stress reduction methods to improve their stress tolerance.Help them develop good interpersonal relationships and build strong social support networks.After the completion of the service work,the process and results of the service development were evaluated,summarized and reflected by comparing the results of the pre-test questionnaire and interviews with relevant personnel.The results showed that the service was effective.The stress reduction group activity can meet the needs of group members to manage bad emotions,improve students' self-confidence and develop proper interpersonal relationship,but it has no significant effect on students' leisure and entertainment needs.The feedback from the satisfaction questionnaire indicated that the team members were very satisfied with the group activities and the overall performance of the workers.Finally,according to the research results and the problems in the research,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
