In the context of the vigorous development of curriculum reform and quality education in China,the Decision on Deepening Education Reform in an All-round Way to Promote Quality Education issued by the Central State Council and the Physical Education(and Health)Curriculum Standards(Experimental Draft)and the Compulsory Education,Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(Revised Version)promulgated by the Ministry of Education clearly stipulate that schools should independently carry out curriculum design,and put forward clear requirements for the procedure and implementation of curriculum design,thus providing policy guarantee for curriculum design.The second middle school in xi'an district is relatively weak in the diversity of physical education content than other key middle schools,lack of fresh elements,the innovation of curriculum content is conducive to arouse students' enthusiasm for sports,and change the impression of the previous physical education class engraved,boring and boring.High school students are in the critical period of growth and development,aerobics exercise plays an indispensable role in the overall development of students' comprehensive quality,so this paper takes the second middle school in xi'an district as the survey object,and makes a detailed background condition analysis and design scheme research on the design of aerobics course plan.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.On the basis of the basic requirements of the general high school physical education and health curriculum standard,according to the characteristics and rules of the physical and mental development of the students in the first grade(level 5)of the second middle school in Changan district,and the local and the actual conditions of the school,this paper designs and studies the aerobics curriculum scheme in the first grade physical education course of the second middle school in Changan district of Xi'an.The content of the study is mainly based on the necessity,basic principles,background condition analysis,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching organization,teaching evaluation and practical results of the design of the second middle school aerobics course in Changan District,and for the first grade 3 class,5 class,6 class three classes of teaching experimental research,and draws the relevant conclusions as follows:Changan District No.2 Middle School has initially formed a aerobics curriculum teaching system.aerobics curriculum design is restricted by school leaders,teachers,students,physical education environment and other factors.the design of the second middle school aerobics curriculum in Changan District to promote the common development of students,teachers and schools.the evaluation design of the second middle school aerobics course in Changan District needs to be strengthened and perfected.At the same time,the following suggestions are put forward for the problems in the course design and practice of aerobics:actively pay attention to the characteristics of students' physical and mental development and learning needs in the design of aerobics curriculum,and always do a good job of teaching reflection.constantly improve teachers' professional ability and teaching level.3.continuously improve the evaluation mechanism of aerobics course in teaching practice.4.promote curriculum design for more sports in the school.
