Teachers are the primary resource for education,and the overall quality and professionalism of the teaching staff is an important guarantee for the quality of education and teaching in my country.It is one of the important goals and tasks of my country's education reform and development in the new era to comprehensively improve the quality and competence of teachers and strive to build a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team.The development of school education in the new era has put forward new tasks and requirements for school sports work.It is an urgent requirement to comprehensively improve the physical and mental health of students.Sound and perfect system guarantee for the professional development of physical education teachers is of great significance to promote the professional development of physical education teachers.This article is based on the background of the reform and development of China's school education in the new era.Combining with the actual needs of the reform and development of regional middle school physical education and the basic situation of the professional development of middle school physical education teachers,this paper takes the institutional guarantee of the professional development of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District of Xi'an as the research object.The four public junior high schools and four public high schools in the district are survey schools.They use literature review methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other major research methods to conduct research on the security of professional development systems for middle school PE teachers and related issues.The conclusion of the study is as follows:(1)The age,gender,professional title,educational background and teaching age structure and distribution of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District of Xi'an are basically reasonable,which provides a good foundation for the overall development of the professional development of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District.(2)The professional motivation and professional satisfaction of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District of Xi'an City need to be improved.The professional motivation accounts for 20.47% of the "helpless choice",and the professional satisfaction is 34.82% for "below the average".(3)The demand for professional knowledge and professional ability in the professional development of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District of Xi'an City is characterized by diversity and multi-levels.(4)In terms of the system guarantee for the development of physical education teachers in middle schools,all schools can implement the national policy documents,but in actual operation,there is a disconnection from the actual situation,the actual needs of the professional development of physical education teachers are not considered,and the details of the organization and implementation are not enough Precise,there are situations where the implementation effect is not good enough,and the form is taken,so that the rights of sports teachers' professional development.(5)The training of middle school physical education teachers in Bei Lin District of Xi'an City is still lacking in systemicity,and there is no specific regulation on the professional development of physical education teachers in terms of training organization,content,form,time,etc.,resulting in a lack of targeted training and poor effectiveness.high.(6)The teaching evaluation and assessment system of physical education teachers is not perfect,and the physical examination and college entrance examination account for a relatively large part of the evaluation;the evaluation of professional titles of physical education teachers is not balanced with that of teachers in other disciplines,and there is still a certain gap between psychological benefits and expectations in terms of salary and benefits.The salary of sports teachers needs to be improved.
