A Research On Paid Make-up Classes In The Primary And Secondary School In Yueyang From Perspective Of Public Ethics

With the continuous deepening of education reform,some of the drawbacks in education began to appear,and paid tutoring is one of them.The emergence of this phenomenon of paid tutoring can fully satisfy the individual's educational needs in a certain sense and help to improve students' academic performance.However,in-service teachers engaged in paid tutoring activities will cause damage to the formation of teachers,and will also affect the normal teaching order,which will have a negative impact on the orderly development of teaching work.At present,in-service teachers carry out hot topics in the field of education after paid tutoring.Under this background,how to effectively and standardized manage the paid tutoring behavior of in-service teachers,so that paid tutoring behavior can be carried out within the scope of rationalization,and teachers are restored.Moral ethics and teacher dignity have gradually become an important issue facing the education authorities and grassroots educators.This paper systematically studies public ethics theory through the summarization of previous research results,and uses survey and research methods to investigate and analyze the actual situation of paid tutoring in primary and middle schools in Yueyang City,combined with the actual situation of paid tutors.Fully explore the root causes and shortcomings of paid tutoring behavior,and propose long-term governance measures.Paid tutoring is a complex social problem.It analyzes the problems existing in the problems;tries to find out the social common governance methods that are led by the government,all sectors of society and the public are widely involved,break through the unified governance model of the government,and seek to establish benignity.Interactive structural relations,give full play to the advantages of all parties,comprehensive public governance capabilities,and form a strong social governance synergy.Explore the new forms of diversification and structure of public governance entities.
