In recent years,with the continuous in-depth integration of Internet technology and all walks of life,the optimization and integration of Internet technology in resource allocation has become increasingly apparent,effectively improving the innovation and productivity of the whole society.The fitness industry is also the same.The rise of Internet plus business fitness clubs has complied with user needs and market demand.Traditional fitness clubs are undergoing structural transformation through Internet plus and bring economic benefits.Based on the investigation and Research on the current situation of 10 Commercial Fitness Clubs in Chengdu,this paper analyzes the characteristics of operation management,product service and coaches course in Chengdu City Fitness Club under the background of "Internet plus",and provides corresponding strategies for Chengdu city commercial fitness clubs to develop in the Internet plus background.In this paper,10 commercial fitness clubs with certain scale and influence in Chengdu City are taken as the research objects,and consumers,coaches and operators are taken as the research objects.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,the problems of operation of commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu city under the background of "Internet plus" are analyzed and explored.The results show that there are still some problems in the use of "Internet plus" development online service,promotion of quality of fitness coaches’ teaching and improvement of fitness club environment in Chengdu commercial fitness clubs.the following conclusions are drawn:1.Most commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu still follow the traditional operation mode,and the acceptance of Internet technology is not enough.Operators do not attach enough importance to the "Internet plus".They lack the means of using Internet technology.Internet plus fitness clubs are still in development stage in Chengdu City.The development of Internet integration into Chengdu urban commercial fitness clubs is still very serious.Great potential can be tapped.2.The consumer groups in Chengdu are showing a trend of youth.They are generally aware of the Internet platform,but few of them have used the Internet platform for fitness activities.How to grasp the advantages of Internet plus and promote the diversity of marketing forms and fitness products are the difficulties for business fitness clubs.3.The fitness coaches of commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu City did not show their own advantages in the integrated development of Internet and fitness industry,and many coaches did not carry out online service projects.Fitness coaches generally lack awareness of the advantages brought by the Internet,and do not know how to use the advantages of the Internet to bring benefits to their own course sales and learning.4.The lack of communication and learning among the commercial fitness clubs in Chengdu leads to vicious competition.Some fitness clubs are not aware of the benefits of intelligent facilities,nor use Internet technology to facilitate the management of internal staff.
