Miao music culture,as an important part of Chinese culture,contains rich cultural and historical connotation and fully embodies the ethnic spirit of an ethnic group.As an important place of education,school integrates traditional music culture into school music curriculum,which plays an important role in the transmission and inheritance of traditional music culture.This paper takes Miao folk songs in South Sichuan as the background,analyzes the types,singing forms,occasions and inheritance methods of Miao folk songs in South Sichuan by literature method,as the breakthrough of this study.Taking g school as the research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the music emotional attitude of G school students,the love and understanding of Miao folk songs,and the attention paid by G school to Miao folk songs.The teachers interviewed the cognition,teaching process,emotion and attitude of Miao folk songs.According to the results of the investigation and analysis,there are still some deficiencies,such as the lack of strong cultural atmosphere of the Miao ethnic group in the school,the lack of music teachers' awareness of the inheritance of the Miao ethnic group,and the low interest of students in learning.Through the investigation of G school,the paper analyzes the problems of Miao folk songs in junior middle school music classroom teaching,and puts forward the corresponding strategies of Miao music in school curriculum combining with relevant theories.From the school,we should pay more attention to Miao folk songs in South Sichuan,improve teachers' understanding and level of Miao folk songs,and improve students' enthusiasm in learning Miao folk songs.Combined with the actual situation of the school,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of integrating Miao folk songs into G school,and tries to put forward some opinions and suggestions for the problems of integrating Miao folk songs into G school.
