Students spend most of their time in the classroom and spend the most time with teachers,so they have the most experience in all aspects of teachers' teaching.The student evaluation system has many advantages that other teacher evaluation systems do not have,so it has been paid much attention.Therefore,only by promoting the effective participation of students can the system be effectively improved in the right way.According to the theory of participation management,promoting students' participation not only helps to improve their motivation of teaching evaluation,but also promotes the effective implementation of the system.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote students' participation in teaching evaluation.This study of student evaluation of teaching system and student participation of domestic and foreign literature are studied,on these studies based on the theory of planned behavior,refer to the related literature at home and abroad has carried on the quantitative research to student participation,student participation can be divided into three dimensions: attitude of students to participate in the appraisal of teaching,the impact of subjective norms and perceived behavior control,namely the students about their mentality and the ability to score,the influence of other related elements of the score,covers three major aspects.And on the basis of these three dimensions,the relevant secondary indicators are set.Based on the questionnaire survey of undergraduates in various schools of Z university,the present situation and existing problems of students' participation in teaching evaluation in Z university are analyzed.Through data analysis,it is found that undergraduates in Z university have a high degree of participation in teaching evaluation,which indicates that with the awakening of students' consciousness of subject and responsibility,the subject of students attaches great importance to participating in teaching evaluation to a certain extent.However some dimension split is low,dimension higher divide consists of indicators in some lower,such as the students to participate in the evaluation of teaching attitude always divide this dimension is higher,including "students think is of great value to the student" and "the enthusiasm of students to participate in the evaluation of teaching" dimensions,about the student to carry on the value of teaching evaluation,students give high ratings,and for "my willingness to participate in the evaluation is very high" and "overall,I to have a positive attitude of the student evaluation of teaching" and so on about the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in voluntary,student's score is low;There are differences among students,and these differences will lead to different evaluation results.For example,girls' scores are generally higher than boys',which reflects the difference of students' gender in participation.The low score of students' subjective norm of teaching evaluation reflects that the school's supportive environment and interpersonal relationship with teachers and classmates do not fully support students' effective teaching evaluation.Therefore,in view of the first problem,schools should strengthen corresponding measures to increase students' cognition in this aspect,encourage students to take a positive attitude towards participating in teaching evaluation,to some extent,reduce students' psychological resistance,and promote them to conduct scientific teaching evaluation.Students should strengthen their own sense of responsibility,always bear in mind the importance of teaching evaluation,correct attitude and improve their ability;In view of the second problem,schools should increase investment and enhance the professionalism of relevant departments of student evaluation in order to meet the diversity and selectivity of subjects with different interests.Because this work is time-consuming and time-consuming,and has a strong professional,so the need for the school's scientific management and planning,to promote the school related departments of specialization or with the specialized departments to manage student evaluation;In view of the third problem,schools should take the above measures in addition to comprehensive consideration and treatment of the final results of teaching evaluation.Because it involves the vital material and spiritual interests of teachers and the deficiencies of the content system of the student evaluation system,the use of student evaluation in combination with other evaluation methods can make its proportion scientific,greatly increase the comprehensiveness of evaluation,more fair to teachers,and reduce the voice of doubt.In addition,teachers,as an important factor of students' participation in the evaluation of teaching subjective norms,shouldimprove their own level,strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style,and promote the contact with students.Based on the above measures,this study proposes that schools should provide a supportive environment for teaching evaluation,teachers should improve their ethics,and students should actively participate in teaching evaluation,so as to better promote the implementation of the system.
