Professional development needs are the internal driving force that promotes the professional development of new teachers.The professional development of first-time teachers is a long-term process.In this process,as the status of professional development differs,new development needs will continue to arise.Understanding the professional development needs of first-time teachers will help stimulate the professional development of new teachers.Enthusiasm;conducive to the continuous improvement of the team of new teachers;conducive to improving the teaching level and teaching ability of new teachers.As a special group of teachers,the new teachers' professional development is a step-by-step improvement process.In this process,the new teachers will not only have educational and teaching needs,but also psychological needs.Their professional development needs are unique.Understanding and satisfying the professional development needs of this special group of first-time teachers can not only improve the professional development level of first-time teachers,but also support the construction of teacher education.It is also the need to implement policies and respond to the call of the times.This research mainly adopts research methods such as literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,etc.,taking the primary teachers of Xinxiang City as the research object,to investigate their current needs of professional ideas,professional knowledge and professional ability,and analyzes the impact on the primary teachers of primary schools.Factors of professional development needs,on this basis,put forward practical and effective suggestions that can meet their professional development needs.The findings of this research show that the professional development goal of primary teachers in primary schools is to become a backbone teacher;the demand for learners and educational beliefs is more intense;the demand for professional knowledge is concentrated on the knowledge of education for primary school students and related to education and teaching Technical knowledge;the demand for professional competence is concentrated in the organization of teaching activities,the mobilization of students 'learning enthusiasm,the evaluation methods for students,interpersonal communication,and reflection and development.After analysis,it was found that: teaching age,academic level,nature of graduation school,professional consistency,teaching motivation and professional development stage;curriculum setting,training methods and teaching methods of teacher pre-service training;whether teachers participate in training after teacher entry,and professional development activities of teachers Methods and professional development time have different effects on their professional development needs.On this basis,in order to effectively meet the professional development needs of first-time teachers,it is proposed that teachers should improve their professional qualities,continuously expand professional knowledge,and strive to enhance professional capabilities;pre-employment training should focus on training teacher students 'professional identity and optimization Curriculum setting and improving student evaluation;after teachers enter the school,the school should create a good working atmosphere,actively play the role of "important others",provide teachers with professional development time,and creatively develop professional development activities.
