Study On Workload And Labor Protection Of Junior Middle School PHYSICAL Education Teachers In Henan Provinceall Classroom

Various laws and regulations promulgated by the state protect the workload and labor of physical education teachers.The Regulations on Physical Education in Schools indicate that the workload of physical education teachers should include classroom teaching,organization of morning exercises,extracurricular sports activities and after-school training,and sports competitions."Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students 'Physical and Mental Health" pointed out that the protection of sports teachers' job titles(posts),welfare treatment,evaluation and commendation,promotion and promotion are treated the same as teachers in other disciplines.As one of the important components of school education,physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools are responsible for the physical health of young people and the development of school sports.The excessive workload of physical education teachers and the inadequate implementation of labor protection will inevitably cause many impacts,which is not conducive The development of teachers' physical and mental health and the quality of teaching are also not conducive to the physical fitness of students and the long-term development of school physical education,as well as to the development of physical education teachers.By consulting How Net,collecting documents and materials to understand domestic and international research trends,collecting,screening,and sorting out existing literature;using questionnaire survey methods to distribute questionnaires to five prefectures and cities in Henan Province;Analyze and study the relevant protection situation.It is found that there is currently a phenomenon of excessive workload and insufficient implementation of labor protection implementation for physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Henan Province,as follows:(1)The workload of junior high school physical education teachers in Henan Province is too large,the working hours are too long,the tasks are heavy,and the workload has not been calculated reasonably.(2)The school management department does not pay attention to the labor protection of physical education teachers,and the implementation of the school physical education law and relevant provisions of the labor law is not in place.(3)The safeguards of laws and regulations are difficult to implement,and there are a large number of problems in schools and related departments that do not have corresponding subsidies for other workloads except physical education.(4)Schools and society pay low attention to junior middle school PE teachers.Compared with other teachers,PE teachers have different pay for equal work and lag in promotion.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen the basic management of junior high schools in Henan Province,and formulate a reasonable calculation method to measure the workload of physical education teachers.(2)Strengthen the linkage between the government and society,and jointly formulate reasonable policies and regulations to guarantee the labor protection of Henan junior high school physical education teachers.(3)Strengthen the implementation of labor protection for physical education teachers in junior high schools in Henan Province,establish a more complete supervision system,and take effective disciplinary measures against schools and those directly responsible who are not in place.(4)Strengthen the publicity of the importance of physical education,popularize the excellent concept of school sports,implement the strategy of strengthening the country by sports,promote the concept of healthy China,reshape the status of physical education teachers,and increase the respect and protection of physical education teachers.
