As the basic unit of the school,the management efficiency of junior middle school class has a direct impact on the healthy growth and development of junior middle school students.The civilized,orderly and harmonious development of the class not only provides students with a high-quality learning environment,but also brings positive energy atmosphere for their psychological maintenance,emotional care and spiritual care.It plays an important role in the cultivation of junior high school students' temperament,the perfection of virtue,the enrichment of emotion and the shaping of character.Based on the analysis of literature and empirical data,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of permeating emotional education in junior middle school class management,and finds that there are common problems in junior middle school class management,such as indifference to emotional education and weak emotional leadership of class teachers.In order to solve the problem,action research is the best research method to change the present situation and make the research more valuable.In order to facilitate tracking records and action improvement,the author chooses to take his class,Class A of Grade 9 of T Junior Middle School in H County as an example,to carry out the infiltration research of emotional education in class management,in planning,action,observation and reflection and re-planning,and then to observe and reverse.In the process of thinking cycle research,through a variety of ways to collect and sort out materials,constantly correct actions,explore effective strategies in practice,try to create a class "emotional field",to achieve "emotion-effectiveness" class,so as to improve the emotional literacy of teachers and students.Based on the above objectives,in the course of action research,through improving the class spiritual culture construction,infiltrating the students' sense of honor and belonging;Improve the organization form of the class meeting,penetrate the sense of order and self-discipline of the students;Adhere to the written communication with students,penetrate the sense of attachment and trust of students;Optimize the construction of learning incentive group and penetrate students' sense of identity and friendship.Through the emotional infiltration in the management practice,the class``emotional field'' is created to form a certain emotional quality,and the students do not feel that the class management standard is imposed by the external constraints,but the students accept the moral and cultural guidance contained in the class``emotional field''.In the "emotional field" of the class,the negative emotion can be catharsis in the way that the teachers and students are easy to accept and agree with,and in the "emotional field" of the class,the students can be provided with harmonious,harmonious,safe and orderly interpersonal relationship and living space.In the "emotional field" of the class,the positive relationship between teachers and students is formed through interaction,and the sense of satisfaction,self-identity and acceptance obtained by students can lead to the construction of students' self-esteem and positive self-image.In this paper,according to the case school class,the study of the class management action based on the emotion penetration is carried out,through the "Discovery of Class Management Problems?Exploration and Implementation of the Action Strategy?Rethinking the Study Process and the Results?Rethinking?Witness Effect in the Action Study" of the process,the effect of the emotion on the class management is displayed,the emotional education suggestion in the class management is put forward,and the emotional education efficiency in the middle school class management is to be improved,First,we should improve the emotional and personality of the class teacher,and improve the emotional leadership of the class teacher;secondly,in the middle school's class management,we should create a true atmosphere,to build a common relationship,and to pay attention to the emotional interaction Finally,I hope this research action can enlighten,draw lessons from and reference value to the general junior middle school class teacher.
