The restoration and reconstruction of social work education has been more than 30 years,during which China’s social work education has made great progress in terms of educational level and educational quality.Social work education has trained a large number of social work professionals,but in recent years,the problem of social work drain is serious,which restricts the development of social work majors.Fundamentally,the loss of social work talents is closely related to the lack of students’ professional recognition and professional value training in professional education."Introduction to Social Work" is the basic core course of professional education,which is of great significance for students to form a preliminary cognition of their major and establish their recognition of the major.Therefore,this study with G school the introduction to social work course,in the theory and situation learning theory perspective,using the "plan-action-observation and evaluation-action" action research loop intervention "introduction to social work" classroom,in order to use multiple teaching techniques,to create classroom atmosphere,establish equal relationship between teachers and students,improve students ’autonomous learning ability,and build the teacher as the leading factor,students as the main body of the classroom mode to improve students’ social work professional awareness,cultivate students ’professional values of social work,and improve students’ professional identity.This study is divided into three stages of action.The first stage is the online classroom stage,which aims to create a good classroom atmosphere,build equal teacher and student relationship and cultivate students ’interest and preliminary cognition;the second stage focuses on cultivating students’ personal ability and further improvement of students ’professional recognition;the third stage focuses on cultivating students’ cooperative learning and independent learning ability,promoting students ’professional value acceptance and cultivating students’ professional identity.
