With the continuous development of the social environment,as one of the three major ball games,volleyball course appears new situations and new problems in the campus,such as the decline of students' interest,the decline of popularity and the decline of teachers' strength.Especially in the context of the new curriculum reform,the change of training plan and teaching hours puts forward new requirements and challenges for Volleyball Teaching in secondary vocational colleges.Therefore,it is imperative to find a new teaching organization suitable for the current volleyball teaching environment.On the basis of summarizing,analyzing and drawing lessons from the current volleyball teaching organization methods,aiming at the problems and combining with the current situation of Volleyball Teaching in secondary vocational schools,also having in-depth discussions and interviewing with exports and front-line teachers,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and experimental comparison to build the model of breaking through in volleyball teaching,and makes a comparative study on the teaching experiment of breaking through in the volleyball class of Yunnan Engineering Vocational College.This experiment compares the volleyball learning situation of the experimental group and the control group in four dimensions: daily performance,physical quality,volleyball technology and physical education.The daily performance is mainly to measure the experimental effect by comparing the number of attendance and discipline violations in class,the number of playing cards in extracurricular healthy sports and running mileage.The experimental class sets up wave mat,stair climbing and entering in the physical quality dimension In the experimental class,five levels were set in volleyball technical dimension,namely,5-step pile jumping goat,two legs with ball in the belly,camel ball push-up,ant moving and frog holding dragon ball,and the two groups of students were compared in terms of setting long jump,800 /1000 m run and 30 m × 2 snake run compared with the four spiking indexes,this paperinvestigates the six sports interests of the two groups of students in terms of attention,novelty,exploration,challenge,pleasure and overall interest by using the evaluation manual of psychological scale commonly used in sports science as the questionnaire,and measures the effect of the teaching through the comparison of the two groups of experiments and self comparison.Through the experimental research,we can draw the following conclusions: first,the volleyball breaking through teaching can't promote the improvement of physical quality more than the traditional teaching;second,the volleyball breaking through teaching can promote the mastery of volleyball technology more than the traditional teaching;third,the volleyball breaking through teaching can promote the promotion of sports interest more than the traditional teaching;fourth,the volleyball breaking through teaching has advantages over the traditional Volleyball Teaching in extra-curricular training.From the above conclusion and the experience of carrying out volleyball breakthrough,it can be seen that the experience of volleyball breaking through teaching can be popularized and applied in the volleyball teaching of similar colleges and universities,which can be used for reference by the front-line teachers.At the same time,the thought of passing teaching can also be widely used for reference in the teaching.To carry out the passing teaching of volleyball is a powerful supplement to the traditional volleyball teaching.Although the whole effect of the breaking through teaching is better than the traditional teaching method,there are still many problems to be solved in the promotion and application of the breaking through teaching,such as the organization of the teaching site,the continuous motivation of the students' interest,the setting of the level,the standard of passing the level and the proportion of points.In addition,more campus experiments are needed to provide more accurate basis,and more experts and scholars are needed to perfect and enrich.
