| With the social and economic progress of China,the growth of children also faces many new challenges and problems.The government's purchase of children's social work services is one of the ways that the government attempts to use various social organizations to solve the problem of children's growth.China's research on children's social work service projects mainly discusses the service objects,service content,project management and other aspects of the project.From the perspective of project operation mechanism,there are few studies to analyze children's social work service projects.Therefore,this article takes Zhuhai Q Institution "Love Child Travel" project as an example,and analyzes the project's components,decision-making mechanism,execution mechanism,supervision mechanism,and incentive mechanism from the perspective of project operation mechanism.In terms of decision-making mechanism,the government is in a dominant position,and social work organizations and other social resources have less participation;in the implementation mechanism,social work organizations have unclear organizational settings,serious service administration,lack of service professionalism,and irregular service procedures,Single resource coordination channel and other issues;in terms of supervision mechanism,the government,third-party assessment agencies and social work organizations themselves all have certain oversight problems,such as the operation and management of social work organizations,local policy integration,supervision,etc.The problem;in terms of incentive mechanism,there is a lack of positive incentive incentives,and each component has not formed a stable incentive reward and punishment mechanism.Finally,this article suggests establishing a decision-making mechanism for multi-party communication,constructing a standardized and diverse execution mechanism,implementing an effective and comprehensive monitoring mechanism,and setting up a variety of incentive mechanisms. |
