A Study On The Communication Problems Between The Headteacher And Students In Junior Middle School

Educational work and class management cannot be separated from the communication between teachers and students.Good communication between teachers and students can double the result with half the effort.However,in the current junior middle school education,there are still many problems in the communication between the headteachers and the students,which affect the relationship between teachers and students.Also they are harmful to students' physical and mental development,and hinder the development of class management.Therefore,it is of great significance for our educational work to study the problems and causes of the communication between teachers and students,and put forward effective Suggestions.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire investigation and interview method,taking the students and the headteachers in three junior middle schools as the research objects,to investigate the current situation of the communication between the headteachers and students respectively from seven aspects like communication goals,communication will,communication contents,communication process,communication ways,communication skills and communication evaluation.Through the investigation,the author finds that there are some following problems in the communication between the headteachers and the students:(1)The communication goals between the headteachers and the students appear the dislocation.(2)The communication contents between the headteachers and the students are utilitarian.(3)The exchange of information between the headteachers and the students is inefficient.(4)The communication ways between the headteachers and the students are relatively single.(5)The communication evaluation between the headteachers and the students is missing.Through the research,the author summarizes and analyzes the four reasons for the problems:(1)The headteachers lack modern educational concepts.(2)Students lack of communication awareness and skills.(3)School's communication guarantee is not in place.(4)Parents pay less attention to communication.In order to improve the communication between the headteachers and the students,On the basis of referring to relevant research at home and abroad,and according to the theory of education and teaching,the author puts forward the following strategies:(1)The headteacher pays attention to the students,communicates with "heart".(2)Students pay attention to the cultivation of communication awareness and skills.(3)The school updates its educational philosophy,and provide guarantee for the communication between teachers and students.(4)Parents raise awareness and set an example for communication.The author believes that these strategies can help the headteachers in junior middle school to communicate with students.
