To support the development of the country and the nation,not only does it require a prosperous economy,a sound system,and advanced technology,but also a strong and powerful culture.With the development of the times,the status and role of education have become more prominent.At present,the state has increased its investment in ethnic areas,and the development of education in ethnic areas is at its best in history.The party and the country have put accelerated development of ethnic regions in a more prominent strategic position.However,ironing requires hard work.To achieve national unity,progress,and prosperity,we must attach importance to education,and cultivate a team of teachers with a strong political stance,decent style,high-efficiency,and superb business rooted in the ethnic areas.Under the new historical conditions,the construction of the teaching staff has special significance and value to the development of Danzhai County;at the same time,the teachers use their own practice to realize the self-meaning of the teachers and create new values for the harmony and stability and social prosperity in the ethnic areas,which is of great significance to lead the development of the whole society.The author selects Danzhai County in Guizhou Province's Southeast Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture as a field investigation point,based on the actual development of education in Danzhai County,and uses M Middle School as an entry point to explore the problems in the construction of middle school teachers in ethnic areas.By describing the current status of the development of the teaching team of M Middle School in Danzhai County,the reasons for the problems of the teaching team are sorted out,and the development law and internal logic of the teaching teamof M Middle School in Danzhai County are clarified,aiming to expand through catching up,transformation,reform,management,competition and other methods Educational resources,adjust the structure of the teaching staff,fill in shortcomings,and grasp the logic of the connotative development of teachers.Let the teachers get rich in their pockets,have a high status,and have strong abilities Come,the teacher team comes alive,lays a solid foundation for education,and builds a professional team of teachers with noble moral character,solid ability,reasonable structure,and energetic vitality for ethnic areas.In order to provide ideas and methods for the development of education in ethnic areas.The study mainly includes four parts.The first part is an introduction.Firstly,it introduces the reasons,purpose and significance of the thesis selection.Secondly,it summarizes the specific researches and achievements that have been made in the construction of the teaching staff at home and abroad.Then,it introduces the ideas and theoretical methods of this research.Finally,define the core concepts in this study and summarize some of the policies.The second part is the general situation of the construction of teachers in Danzhai County,Southeast Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Qiandongnan.The first section through the diachronic and synchronic research on the history,geography,economy,culture,education and other aspects of Danzhai County,found that Danzhai County has undergone a tremendous transformation,which has become a new brand in the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Southeast Guizhou The business card is the realistic basis and premise for further research on education in ethnic areas.Relevant description and cross-analysis of the scale and structure of the total number of teachers in M Middle School in Danzhai County,to find the internal connection between the various elements in the construction of the teacher team.The third part introduces the main problems and causes of the construction of the teacher team of M Middle School in Danzhai County.The main performances are as follows: 1.The structural shortage of teachers,the loss of teachers is serious and the attraction is insufficient;2.The salary of teachers needs to be improved,the subsidies are not standardized,and housing security;3.Teacher training is not effective,and teachers themselves lack motivation;4.Defects in policies and mechanisms.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of the middle school teachers in Danzhai County.From increasing investment in infrastructure to ensure the needs of teachers ' lives;integrating Teacher Resource and optimizing the structure of teachers;raising the standards of teacher qualifications and creating high-quality teachers;stimulating public attention to education and raising teachers social status Suggestions for countermeasures for the construction of middle school teachers.
