A Study On The Interaction Between The Indonesian Government And Non-profit Organization

Non profit organizations have become an important force in the world.With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasing complexity of social public affairs,some non-profit organizations have emerged in academic,education,medical and other industries to make up for the lack of government management to a certain extent,improve the efficiency of governance,and become an important role closely related to the lives of millions of people.The reform of Indonesian economic system and social system also provides a broad development platform for Indonesian non-profit organizations.This paper studies the interaction between Indonesian government and non-profit organizations.Through the case study of the interaction between Jember municipal government and non-profit organizations,it is found that the function of Indonesian government is changing from omnipotence to service and intervention,and the government is also increasingly strengthening service and contracting tentacles.This paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of non-profit organizations in Indonesia,and discusses in detail the relationship between non-profit organizations and the government.Including: the trust and authorization of the government to the non-profit organization,the cultivation and support of the government to the non-profit organization,the growth and contraction of the non-profit organization,the supervision of the non-profit organization to the government's power,the competition and cooperation of the non-profit organization to the government's service function,the non-profit organization to meet the requirements of the people's autonomy,etc.,and find out the suggestions to establish a good interactive relationship between the two: strengthen Service,shrinking tentacles,following the trend,handling affairs fairly,external evaluation,trust and authorization of government to non-profit organizations,cultivation and support of government to non-profit organizations,growth and contraction of non-profit organizations,supervision of non-profit organizations on government power,competition and cooperation of non-profit organizations on government service functions,and non-profit organizations meeting the requirements of people's autonomyIt is predicted that Indonesia's future society is a three-dimensional situation of government,enterprises and non-profit organizations.In practice,the government and non-profit organizations are more public service partnerships.
