Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Knowledge Management In Virtual Learning Community

With the accelerated development of information technology,the virtual learning community as a virtual space,make the learners to communicate,communication,cooperation,learning,ability to fully display their wisdom,provide community members with the knowledge sharing,collaboration,interactive learning environment,but on the virtual learning community knowledge acquisition efficiency exist limitations.However,the research on knowledge management focuses on enterprises to realize the development of personnel's abilities and the innovation ability of enterprises,and finally realize the maximization of benefits.The research knowledge management is seldom applied to the development of education.Therefore,how to construct the knowledge management evaluation system of virtual learning community and improve the learning efficiency and knowledge conversion rate of community participants is great significance and application value for the development of virtual learning community.The research on the knowledge management evaluation system of virtual learning community accords with the characteristics and rules of the development of virtual learning community education,and conforms to the theoretical basis of construction and cognition,so as to continuously improve the educational information level of virtual learning community.This article first to the virtual learning community,knowledge management and virtual learning community of knowledge management research status at home and abroad were reviewed and comb,using the method of literature investigation,the virtual learning community,the paper expounds the concept of knowledge and knowledge management and characteristics of virtual learning community,function,value analysis and the characteristics,purpose and conversion process of knowledge management,at the same time,this paper discusses the characteristic of the research,methods,and construct the process model.Combining construction theory,cognitive theory and the theory of knowledge management,etc.,and analysis the study of the influence factors,through the analysis of the factors that affect the factor analysis model is constructed,the research on the evaluation index system of the preliminary conception,determines the level of thirty five evaluation indexes and the secondary indicators,next,the evaluation index system for regulation,is using expert investigation method and idea of the experts and scholars,eventually make the index weight.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the specified index weight calculation,combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,applied it to learn science and technology education virtual community,so as to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system,and the final result is analyzed,and then find it is not enough,and put forward reasonable Suggestions to the future development.Through the practice research of the evaluation index system,it finally proves that the virtual learning community knowledge management evaluation system is of great practical and practical significance.By studying the conclusion of virtual learning community knowledge management evaluation system research to promote the knowledge of the community of learners' learning efficiency,the transformation between knowledge have significant help,through the use of management tools,and promoted the knowledge production,acquisition,storage,conversion,application and innovation,to promote community members needed for efficient access to their own knowledge.So as to promote the development of knowledge innovation,make it more convenient for community members learn knowledge and acquire knowledge more quickly.Later in the study more enrich the connotation of knowledge management,virtual learning community to explore more influence elements of the virtual learning community knowledge management,constructs a model of influence factors is more rigorous,to build more reasonable evaluation index system,faster to promote community members to promote the efficiency of knowledge learning and show the transformation of tacit knowledge,finally made it possible to study content innovation.Better for the study of virtual learning community knowledge learning to open up a new channel,promote the development of the community.
