The new round of comprehensive reform of college entrance examination is an all-round and deep-seated educational reform involving the form of teaching organization,teaching materials and examination system,which brings severe challenges to history teaching in senior high schools.After the reform,the new college entrance examination evaluation system,the new teaching organization mode under the course selection and class selection,the more complex and changeable learning situation,the unfamiliar teaching materials and the unknown college entrance examination proposition mode have made some history teachers feel at a loss and can't cope with it only by their own strength.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of the traditional system of teacher cooperation,such as collective lesson preparation,and concentrate teaching wisdom We should integrate teaching resources,be good at saving losses,and make concerted efforts to understand the trend of education reform and explore the strategies to adapt to the reform as soon as possible.Based on many years of high school history teaching experience,this paper analyzes the new changes that affect the history teaching in senior high school since the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination,and interprets the new requirements for the collective lesson preparation activities of high school history by benchmarking these changes,and expounds the necessity of optimizing the collective history lesson preparation system in senior high school.In recent years,as an important form of collective teaching and research in primary and secondary schools,collective lesson preparation has been recognized by more and more people for its role in promoting education and teaching and teachers' professional development.Shouguang modern middle school has always attached great importance to the collective lesson preparation system.After 20 years of practice,inheritance and development,modern middle school history group collective lesson preparation has the advantages of sound mechanism,perfect process,pragmatic and realistic,based on teaching,mutual assistance between the old and the new,promoting growth,seeking common ground and differences,sharing wisdom,strengthening teaching and research,and boosting spirit The teaching work of the group has also achieved remarkable results,and the teaching achievements have been among the best in the city.However,in the new situation of college entrance examination reform,the old system and experience will inevitably show deficiencies.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of collective lesson preparation of modern middle school history group,the author finds that there are some problems,such as backward guiding concept,not paying attention to the theoretical basis,lack of critical discussion,low platform for preparation,single form and so on.These deficiencies restrict the full play of collective lesson preparation under the background of college entrance examination reform.The college entrance examination system is constantly adjusted and innovated,and the collective lesson preparation system should also keep pace with it,optimize and innovate.The author thinks that we should update the concept of collective preparation,research and prepare core values,highlight the education orientation;focus on the necessary knowledge and key abilities to implement the discipline literacy;build a "three-dimensional" collective lesson preparation platform,innovate the form of collective lesson preparation;improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism to promote educational wisdom.Through the above measures,improve the practicability and feasibility of collective lesson preparation in practical teaching,better play to the collective force,gather group wisdom,and integrate into the trend of college entrance examination reform.
