Research On The Urban-rural Balanced Distribution Of Information Resources In Dalian's Compulsory Education

Under the influence of the development of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,the educational concept of "fairness,virtue,reform,and the ability to make life" has a more obvious impact on compulsory education activities.The principle of fairness,as the basic principle of education,has broadened the scope of compulsory education through open and fair educational teaching mode,and the gap between compulsory education in urban and rural areas has also been widened.This is also an important reason why the Party and the government have paid more attention to compulsory education in rural areas in recent years.In recent years,the development of compulsory education in Guangzhou city has been developing rapidly.The importance of fairness in urban and rural education has been improved.The teaching resources have also been fully allocated.The utilization rate of information teaching resources in compulsory education has been increasing.In 2018.the government also put forward the development requirements for strengthening the utilization of modern teaching equipment in rural areas in the development of compulsory education,and actively increased the rural areas.Compared with urban areas,the information resources of compulsory education are still not enough.The information resources of urban and rural compulsory education are not balanced enough,which has a negative impact on the development of compulsory education in Dalian.This paper hopes to find out the restrictive factors of the balance of information resources in compulsory education,and put forward the balanced distribution mode of compulsory education information resources in line with the characteristics of the economic development of the municipality,which will help the development of compulsory education in the market.Through the application of questionnaire survey,we find that the comprehensive level of compulsory education in Dalian has been improving continuously.The development pattern of compulsory education in urban and rural areas has basically formed,which has a positive impact on the scientific construction of compulsory education system in Dalian.However,the distribution of compulsory education resources in Dalian is not average,though in a short time,it will not produce the pattern of compulsory education development in Dalian.It has obvious negative effects.However,the information-based teaching mode is an important part of compulsory education and an important way to enhance the effect of compulsory education.Through questionnaire survey and analysis of problems,the market can enhance the importance of the balanced allocation of information resources in compulsory education.In view of the problems and reasons of the distribution of information resources in compulsory education in Dalian,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the balanced distribution of compulsory education informatization resources in Dalian according to the current situation of compulsory education activities in Dalian and the specific needs of the construction of compulsory education information system in the future.It can help Dalian's scientific information distribution of compulsory education resources,Therefore,this study will bring some help to the scientific construction of compulsory education system in Dalian,and also play the role of Informationalization in compulsory education.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction of this paper.It introduces the research background and significance of this paper.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars combined with the research status of balanced allocation of compulsory education information resources,clarify the content,methods and innovations of this study.The second part is the research concept and theoretical introduction of this paper,and the related concepts of balanced allocation of compulsory education information resources.The third part uses questionnaires to analyze the actual situation of the balanced distribution of compulsory education information resources in urban and rural areas,and finds that the importance of compulsory education in urban and rural areas has been increasing.However,there are still some deficiencies in the allocation of information resources.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of the balanced distribution of information resources in compulsory education in urban and rural areas.There are many reasons for the uneven distribution of information resources in compulsory education in urban and rural areas.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the balanced distribution of information resources in compulsory education,hoping to make full use of the information resources of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.The sixth part is the conclusion of this study,and puts forward the balanced distribution of information resources in compulsory education in the future.Research prospects.
