Chinese theme learning is a teaching experiment carried out with the characteristics of students' independent learning,"mass reading" and efficient classrooms,with experimental textbooks compiled around the unit "theme" as the carrier.The Education Bureau of Horqin District,Tongliao City promoted this teaching reform experiment throughout the district in April 2018.As an influential junior high school in the region,Tongliao No.4 Middle School actively carried out Chinese theme learning experiments.What tangible results have been achieved in the experiment It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the effectiveness and the promotion experience that can be used for reference.In order to fully present the current situation of Tongliao No.4 Middle School's Chinese theme learning experiment,the researchers took all Chinese teachers and some managers and students of the school as the research objects,conducted participatory observations on Chinese classroom teaching,and carried out a questionnaire survey on the current situation of Chinese subject learning.With in-depth interviews,the Tongliao No.4Middle School Chinese theme learning experiment was presented in a panoramic manner.On this basis,the research materials are systematically sorted out,and the analysis results show that the effect of the Tongliao No.4 Middle School Chinese theme learning experiment is obvious: Teachers highly recognized this experiment,according to local conditions schedule reading time,reading the rational allocation of resources,enhance the students' choice of reading autonomy;Pay attention to the teaching of reading strategies and provide reading support for students to read efficiently;Through a variety of reading competitions and reading activities,a strong scholarly campus atmosphere has been created.However,the school's Chinese theme learning experiment also has problems such as single lesson type,incomplete evaluation standards,and inability to guarantee students' reading time.From the three levels of school,teacher,and student,the researcher summarized the factors that affect the Chinese theme learning experiment as follows: the school's support for the Chinese theme learning experiment,teachers' accurate grasp of experimental concepts and flexible control of teaching methods,and the students' Acceptance of the experiment.Based on attribution analysis,in view of the current situation of Tongliao No.4Middle School's Chinese theme learning experiment,it is recommended that schools develop a complete evaluation mechanism to create a professional Chinese teacher team;Chinese teachers change their teaching concepts to avoid modelling Chinese theme learning and teaching;students have an in-depth understanding The concept of compiling textbooks for the junior middle school Chinese is based on making good use of the textbooks,and self-selecting reading materials to improve the quality of subject learning.
