The application of information technology has brought great changes to all field in the world,especially in the field of education.“Internet + ” and education are more and more closely connected,which is both an opportunity and a challenge,in April2018,China issued the guide of Education Informatization 2.0 plan,which clearly states that we must actively promote the development of “Internet + Education”,accelerate the modernization of education and build a powerful country in education,as an important part of education,teachers play an important role in promoting the modernization and informatization of education.The development of Teachers' information literacy is particularly important.This research uses survey and interview to collect date about.the present situation of the primary and middle school teachers' information literacy in minority area of Chongqing.Combine data and analysis to solve the following three questions: first,what is the present situation of the teachers' information literacy in this minority area? Second,what are the factors that affect the development of teachers' information literacy? thirdly,how to provide feasible strategies for the development of teachers' information literacy?Based on the above problems,this paper first summarizes the concept,connotation and influencing factors of teachers' information literacy,and through the analysis of it,sets up the framework of information literacy,secondly through the analysis of questionnaire and interview,we find that there are some problems in the development of information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in this area.Second,the school lacks the complete software and hardware facility and the teacher information exchange platform,lacks the information-based learning atmosphere.Third,the implementation of local policies is not in place.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and status quo survey,this study proposes an effective way to promote the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas.The first is to carry out targeted teacher information training,the second is to strengthen the teacher information literacy guarantee mechanism,to create a smart campus environment,and the third is to ensure the implementation of government policies.
