With the advent of the era of big data,China's expert group proposed the concept of "Discipline Core Literacy".With the implementation of the core quality of fine arts in senior high schools in recent years,the curriculum standard of compulsory education is also in the process of re-revision,which means that basic education in China is about to enter the era of curriculum based on quality.This paper focuses on the art teaching in junior high school to explore whether the combination of the Internet and portfolio evaluation can enrich the art teaching evaluation,and promote and implement the research on the core quality of the art discipline through portfolio evaluation.The main content is as follows:Firstly,the portfolio evaluation is studied theoretically through the literature.Portfolio evaluation was first applied to teachers and then to students.With the development of portfolio evaluation,learning portfolio evaluation gradually replaced portfolio evaluation,and teacher portfolio evaluation gradually disappeared.This paper aims to emphasize the simultaneous development of teacher's portfolio evaluation and student's portfolio evaluation.Secondly,the problems existing in the application of junior high school art teaching evaluation are sorted out,and the practical significance of the application of art portfolio evaluation is discussed in view of these problems.Portfolio evaluation accords with the idea and goal of the new curriculum reform;File cover evaluation conforms to our country the Ministry of Education advocates core literacy education background,at the same time file cover corresponds to the characteristics of the junior middle school fine arts teaching evaluation,and can make up for the junior middle school fine arts teaching evaluation some problem now,so the author try to use file cover evaluation in junior middle school fine arts teaching evaluation,encourage teachers "according to their aptitude",to promote the development of students comprehensive and personalized.For fine arts,the use of portfolio evaluation not only increases the professional knowledge of fine arts,but also improves the aesthetic ability of students,and guides students to move to other disciplines to use portfolio more neatly and aestheticly.Finally,according to the theoretical research foundation of portfolio evaluation,combined with the problems of junior high school art evaluation,the core content of this paper is formed from four aspects: ideology,standard,action and network portfolio application conception.Ideologically,schools,teachers,students and parents should make clear the necessity and significance of portfolio evaluation so that portfolio evaluation can be truly applied.From the standard,art teachers should make clear to students and parents the purpose and use of the art portfolio,the main body of evaluation,composition,evaluation standards.In the network portfolio application,the author through the comparison of paper portfolio,electronic portfolio and network portfolio,summed up the network portfolio will be more rich in the content of the evaluation of the portfolio,the evaluation of the main body to achieve more diverse,the form of evaluation to achieve more flexible.Thus more conducive to the physical and mental development of students,the practice of literacy education;It is conducive to the professional development of teachers.The author proposes to popularize the application of network portfolio in the conditional teaching environment.In addition,the curriculum resources of junior high school were integrated,unit course case analysis was carried out for hand-drawn line teaching to explore the feasibility of this evaluation method,and the strategies and methods of the application of fine arts portfolio evaluation were further studied,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and students.Art teachers play a leading role in the use of portfolio evaluation,so art teachers must not forget the sense of mission of teachers,in thought to be firm,in action to maintain enthusiasm.
