In recent years,the subject core literacy training is becoming more and more attention,the ordinary high school ideological and political curriculum standards(2017 edition,revised in2020),the training goal is optimized,the ideological and political discipline core literacy concise into political identification,scientific spirit,consciousness of rule of law,public participation in four aspects,and puts forward the corresponding teaching Suggestions.How to develop the cultivation of students and achieve the goal of education has become an urgent problem to be solved.The cultivation of the core quality of ideological and political discipline is not accomplished overnight,but a long and steady process,which needs to be run through the course of ideological and political science.Homework is the extension of classroom teaching and plays an important role in the implementation of curriculum objectives and the cultivation of the core quality of the subject.Therefore,whether the homework design is reasonable or not directly affects the exercise of the homework function and the cultivation of the core quality of the subject.However,the current high school ideological and political teachers do not pay attention to the role of homework design in the cultivation of literacy,there are many problems in the process of homework design.Through questionnaire and interview,the homework design of high school ideological and political course from the perspective of discipline core accomplishment is studied,the problems are excavated,the causes are analyzed,and the countermeasures are tried.First of all,the basic theoretical issues are expounded.The relevant concepts are defined,the discipline core literacy and homework design are clarified,the relevant theoretical basis is introduced,and the basic requirements of homework design of high school ideological and political courses are elaborated from the perspective of discipline core literacy.Secondly,based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the homework design of high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of discipline core literacy,including four problems: teachers' homework design is perfunctory,homework design focuses on knowledge goals,homework form is single,homework evaluation is not comprehensive.The main reasons for these problems include teachers' lack of awareness of homework design,teachers' inaccurate grasp of goals,teachers' lack of homework innovation and evaluation ability.Thirdly,countermeasures are put forward according to existing problems and reasons.This paper mainly discusses teachers' homework design consciousness,homework design goal,homework form and homework evaluation mechanism.Finally,show an example of homework design lesson.Taking "Grassroots Mass Autonomy System",the third box of the sixth lesson "Politics and the Rule of Law",the compulsory third course of high school politics,as an example,the implementation process of homework design is shown and the effect is evaluated.
