In the "general high school information technology curriculum standards(2017 Edition)",the core literacy of high school information technology discipline is proposed.Digital learning and innovation is one of the core literacy of information technology discipline.According to the survey,the digital learning and innovation literacy of senior high school students in minority areas is generally not high,which shows as follows: they can not correctly understand the limitations and advantages of digital learning resources,can not better adapt to the digital learning environment,and can not better master the digital learning tools;Can not develop good learning habits,and then affect the good development of individuals in the information age.Firstly,based on the relevant literature,this paper understands the relevant research and historical evolution of digital learning and innovation literacy at home and abroad.Secondly,it carries out a questionnaire survey on high school students in ethnic areas.Then,according to the results of the survey,it carries out relevant research,and puts forward the promotion path of digital learning and innovation literacy of high school students in ethnic areas,Finally,the experimental comparison method is used to test the effectiveness of the proposed path to improve the digital learning and innovation literacy of high school students in ethnic areas,so as to provide some reference for the improvement of digital learning and innovation literacy of high school students in ethnic areas in China.Through the questionnaire survey,we can get the following conclusions: the digital learning and innovation literacy of senior high school students in ethnic areas where the author is located is not high.According to the results of the survey,this paper summarizes the factors that affect the digital learning and innovation literacy of senior high school students in ethnic areas,including: 1;The subject status of information technology course is not high.2.In the classroom environment,the construction and utilization of digital resources are inadequate,and the curriculum is unreasonable.3.Teachers' information literacy needs to be improved and students' subject cognition needs to be strengthened.Therefore,according to the results of the investigation and research,this paper puts forward the promotion path of digital learning and innovation literacy of high school students in ethnic areas,which includes three aspects: 1.The creation of digital learning environment;2.Collection and management of digital resources;3.Application and innovation of digital resources.In view of the above proposed path,this paper takes the standard experimental textbook of information technology curriculum for senior high school and the fifth chapter of the textbook "Fundamentals of information technology" published by Education Science Press as the teaching case to illustrate with examples.Finally,it summarizes and reflects on the research results of this paper.
