The core literacy of the subject is the weather vane and main tone of the current teaching reform of various subjects.The study of the core literacy of disciplines is not only the necessary meaning of promoting the fundamental changes of various disciplines,but also the inevitable requirement of implementing the fundamental task of lide and fostering people and promoting quality education.Teaching is the main channel of the core literacy of the subject,and the changes in each component and link have a profound impact on the final results of literacy cultivation.Among them,the teaching design,which plays the role of overall planning,mainly guides the development of teaching from the aspects of objectives,content,methods,and evaluation.As the core element of teaching,teaching content not only directly affects the design direction of other links,but also determines the level of learning and literacy of students.This article takes "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" as an example,takes the design of teaching content as the entry point,through questionnaire surveys and case analysis,from the front-end analysis,selection,organization,and presentation of the content to the core of the current high school ideological and political teaching content design The status quo of literacy cultivation is deeply explored,and corresponding solutions are proposed for the existing problems,aiming to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of core literacy cultivation in the design of teaching content.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the research foundation.Firstly,define the core literacy of the subject and related concepts of teaching content design,and clarify the specific requirements of the core literacy of the subject on the design of teaching content.Secondly,it borrows related theories to provide support for teaching research,including Marxist theory on the all-round development of people,ideological and political pedagogy,basic principles of curriculum and teaching,and teaching design principles.The second part is about the current situation of core literacy cultivation in the design of the current high school ideological and political course teaching content.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the teaching design case of "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics",it is found that the core literacy cultivation in the current high school ideological and political course teaching content design mainly has the following problems,that is,the front-end analysis of teaching content is not comprehensive,and the depth and breadth of teaching content selection is not enough.Problems such as lack of logic in teaching content organization and inflexible presentation of teaching content.The third part is the exploration of the root cause of the core literacy cultivation in teaching content design.There are two main reasons for the core literacy cultivation in the current teaching content design.The first is the influence of the traditional teaching model and the college entrance examination evaluation system.The second is the gap between the teacher's professional ability and the core literacy cultivation requirements.The fourth part is the strategic research on the design of the teaching content of the high school ideological and political courses that point to the cultivation of core literacy.In order to solve the related problems in practice and improve the scientific design of the teaching content for teachers of high school ideological and political courses,this article mainly focuses on the following aspects.One is to improve the comprehensiveness of the front-end analysis of teaching content,to lay the foundation for literacy cultivation,and to analyze the status,function,structure,and important and difficult points of teaching content in detail.The second is to expand the depth and breadth of the selection of teaching content and improve the level of literacy cultivation.It is necessary to actively develop curriculum resources and expand the perspective of literacy cultivation,but also to look at the essence through the phenomenon and explore the deep meaning of the content.The third is to rationally handle the organizational logic of teaching content and deepen the effect of literacy cultivation.It is necessary to handle the relationship between subject logic and cognitive logic,as well as the relationship between key content and other parts.The fourth is to scientifically select the presentation method of teaching content,enhance the appropriateness of literacy cultivation,and promote contextualization and activity of content.
