Primary and secondary education,covering all school-age children and adolescents,is the foundation for my country to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and realize the Chinese dream.With the continuous development of my country's economic level in recent years,the number of the students who should get education has increased year by year,and the mass's demand for education has also continued to rise.However,the number of public schools still cannot meet all the needs of the masses,and private schools have emerged as the times require and continue to develop.This paper analyzes the development process,status quo and improvement space of Jining's private primary and middle schools through the method of literature research,interviews,and system analysis,and concludes that the outstanding problem restricting the educational development of Jining's private primary and secondary schools is:lack of implementation of policies,imperfect school rules and regulations,unbalanced teacher resources,unstable school students,and low public recognition.The main reasons for the above problems are:the confused role of the school and the government,the vague purpose of the school,the unbalanced ratio of new and old teachers,and the disidentification of private primary and secondary schools in the mass milieu.Especially with the normalization of the epidemic,private primary and middle schools are still facing many challenges.Combined with the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the current situation of private primary and middle schools in Jining from three aspects of government,school and society.From the aspects of increasing the government's policy support,improving the level of independent school running and giving full play to the active participation of the society,this paper puts forward some specific countermeasures to improve the private primary and middle schools education in Jining.As a third-tier city,the private education in Jining is relatively backward and there is still a lot of room for improvement.It will provide certain guiding significance for the healthy and sustainable development of private education in the future.
