With the prosperous development of the private senior middle schools and the trend of the serious competition with each other,improving the burnout of the senior middle school teachers is the key to promote their good,healthy and steady development.With the increasing serious development of the teacher burnout,the teachers' survival state are suffering heavily and thus have negative influence on the word of mouth and quality of the private senior middle schools.Therefore,how to solve the burnout of the private senior middle school teachers effectively and not lessen the strength of the schools are becoming the heating issue of the circle of education.The research firstly traces back the literature of the home and abroad which define the burnout as a response that teachers can not go smoothly when facing job pressure,and it is a failure situation that the teachers suffer from emotion,attitude and actions under the continuing pressure.The concrete factors are heavy job pressure,the students' problems,the judges from the society and schools,job satisfaction and factors in the interview.Second,according to the previous study results and the situational burnout of the teachers in private senior middle school of Xiangtan county,the research takes questionnaires and other methods to analyse the burnout situation.The results expresses the influential factors further.Last,according to the six factors,the research raises the solutions to lessen the teacher burnout which give the private senior middle schools strategic and practice suggestions.
