Teachers'professional developments are discussed as a kind of premise of occupation, teachers'professional structures enlarge more recent process continuously that teacher ego professional development consciousness is rooted and outside of professional development backgrounds support. The young political teachers'professional development an embody of teachers'professional development in middle school , this paper from specific disciplines, specific age groups of teachers, study the youth political teachers of Urumqi to discuss the issue of professional development of youth political teachers ,it has certain guiding significance for their educational practice.The paper based on reference many information and conduct surveys, using the theory of teachers'professional development and the requirements of the new curriculum reform to discuss the political teachers'professional development in middle schools in theory and practice. Firstly from the theory to discuss the political teachers'professional development in middle schools, mainly to explain the content and the structure of teachers'professional development, and the requirement of the new curriculum reform to the political teachers'professional development (new standard for example), provides theoretical foundation for this article. Then on the basis of social survey of political teachers'professional development status in Urumqi middle schools, to analysis the achievements, the problem and its causes of young political teachers'professional development in the implementation of the new curriculum reform. And combined with the theoretical of teachers'professional development to analysis, thought that the factor of restricts its development including the teacher themselves, the school and the social three aspects. Finally based on analysis of the status and causes of young political teachers in Urumqi middle school, from teacher themselves, schools and social three aspects to promote the strategy of young political teachers'professional development in middle schools. Thought that the young politics teacher themselves is the internal cause in teachers'professional development, It should be on the basis of recognized the subjects'special to implements their professional development. The school and the society are the external factor in promote the young politics teachers'professional development, It should be recognized importance and particularity that political subjects as the main channel of moral education in middle schools to support and help young teachers'professional development. The internal cause and the external form a joint force to promote the young politic teachers move toward mature. The innovation of this paper is combining the teachers'professional development with the political subjects in middle school and young political teachers, draws conclusion through the investigation and interview to young politic teachers in Urumqi middle school. Proposed the strategy of promote young politic teachers'professional development in middle school, has certain representation and pointed.
