As a compulsory course in the field of learning art,the art course in senior high school always takes moral education as the fundamental task.On the basis of further cultivating healthy aesthetic concept,establishing correct cultural concept and promoting students' all-round development,it guides students to use art science and skills to adapt to the requirements of social development.As a compulsory module,art appreciation learning module combines with cultural understanding to observe and understand art works from the perspective of culture,so as to achieve the implementation of the core quality of the discipline.As a concentrated embodiment of the value of art curriculum,the core quality of art discipline plays a key role in the formation of correct values,essential character and key ability of students.The core literacy of art discipline mainly includes image reading,art performance,aesthetic judgment,creative practice and cultural understanding.Among them,cultural understanding mainly analyzes and understands art works,art phenomena and concepts from the perspective of culture.Understand the relationship between art and culture,experience the cultural connotation of art works,feel the cultural diversity and appreciate the diverse achievements of human culture on the basis of strengthening the position of Chinese culture and cultural confidence.Therefore,this paper takes the cultivation of cultural literacy as the goal,uses the appreciation course of the fourth theme "reality and ideal-Western classical painting" of Renmei edition high school art appreciation textbook as an example to explore,broaden the art appreciation methods,and feel the cultural diversity on the premise of strengthening national cultural confidence.This paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first part,introduction,mainly summarizes the research background,purpose and significance,research methods,domestic and foreign literature review.The second part is "cultural understanding" under the core literacy of art discipline.This chapter mainly expounds the definition of "cultural understanding" and its relationship with other art literacy,and analyzes the current teaching situation of cultivating "cultural understanding literacy" under the current art appreciation teaching.The third part,by means of Western classical painting,explores the cultivation strategy of high school students' ability of "cultural understanding".The fourth part,with the third theme of PEP senior high school art appreciation textbook "reality and ideal-Western classical painting",explores the development process of Western painting,theme selection,creative concept,in order to cultivate "cultural understanding" literacy,and carries out targeted teaching implementation plan for the above mentioned theories and Strategies.The development of the world is pluralistic and the culture is pluralistic.While loving and inheriting Chinese excellent traditional art culture,cultivating students' cultural understanding literacy can better integrate and understand the diversity of world culture.
