Since the concept of core literacy was put forward by the OECD,international organizations such as the world economic forum and countries represented by the United States,Britain and France have successively put forward their own core literacy.Driven by the trend of developing core literacy around the world,China launched the project of developing core literacy for students in 2014.Through the efforts and practical exploration of the expert group,we have finally worked out the core literacy framework for Chinese students' development: three dimensions,six literacy,and eighteen basic points.As an important part of curriculum development,core literacy marks the shift of curriculum from focus on content to focus on learning results;from focus on the use of teaching materials to focus on "what kind of people to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people".In recent years,in order to meet the future social needs of the 21 st century,it has become the trend of curriculum reform in the world and even in other countries to cultivate the core quality of students' lifelong learning and development.Curriculum reform is the core link of school reform.School education realizes the education goal and completes the education process through various courses.The core of curriculum reform is classroom reform,which is the concept of "connotation development".Based on this idea,school education is to improve the learning ability and sentiment of each student,which is the explanation of core literacy for human development.The core quality is to emphasize the cultivation of individuals,and pay more attention to independent development,cooperative participation and innovation.Therefore,the practice of students' development of core literacy is a higher level requirement than the three-dimensional goal of the curriculum.It not only emphasizes only the skills,but also has a broader connotation than knowledge and skills,and includes not only skills,but also their own comprehensive literacy.Core literacy is not only the comprehensive integration ofknowledge and skills,process and methods,emotional attitude and values,but also the requirement of the times to cultivate students' essential character and key ability through music education in senior high school.Music education belongs to humanistic quality education.Humanistic quality education is to improve the temperament,character and accomplishment of the educated through various educational activities,so as to form their own thoughts on life.High school is the most important stage of development in human history.In this period,students belong to the last period of minors.They not only retain the desire for knowledge in the period of students,but also have their own thinking about society and life,which is the judgment of their own values.Although there are different division of labor,attributes,educational objectives and forms of education in the school,they all strive for a common goal,that is to pay attention to the people-oriented education concept,pay attention to the all-round development of students' abilities,and let students form the necessary scientific literacy of the subject.The influence of music subject education in senior high school is equally important.It is an important part of aesthetic education.In the process of music education,the cultural concept formed for students can not be ignored.Through music education,students can feel the beauty of art,and can show their expressiveness and creativity to music by improving music professional knowledge and expressiveness.Based on the premise of educational purpose,how to implement the party's educational policy and the fundamental task of "Building Morality and cultivating people" is the focus of the current educational goal of the school.Under such a complete education system as core literacy,the core literacy of discipline comes into being and makes a strong answer to this question.Facing the current situation of China's education,the core literacy of discipline will achieve the goal of classroom education through discipline,reach the goal of discipline education,and achieve the goal of school education,which is the concentrated embodiment of the value of discipline education.Music Core literacy is the specific expression of the subject core literacy in the music discipline,aiming at the essential ability formed by students after learning the music discipline(or specific music learning field).The music curriculum standard of general senior high school(2017 Edition)for the first time put the core quality of music discipline into the curriculum standard,clearly explaining that the core quality of music is aesthetic perception,artistic performance and cultural understanding.This paper will take the "cultural understanding" accomplishment in the core accomplishment of music discipline as the research subject,develop the cultural understanding accomplishment through the Chinese students specified in the curriculum objective,pay attention to the musical works and musical phenomena from the cultural perspective,be familiar with and love the music creation of the Chinese nation,understand the music culture of other countries through the curriculum teaching,and use the equal and inclusive cultural price Values understand the importance of world music culture.To develop the quality of "cultural understanding" in high school music,it is necessary to cultivate students' understanding of music culture.Through the actual teaching situation of music appreciation course in senior high school,combined with the content of Chinese national music and foreign music in the teaching material of music appreciation,this paper aims to understand the degree of importance attached by the teachers of music appreciation course in senior high school to the teaching of national music and the students' mastery of national music.This paper will investigate three high schools in Bengbu City through questionnaire,case analysis and interview.Combined with the relevant theories of pedagogy,it will elaborate that music teaching in high schools should be based on appreciation class,strengthen the teaching of national music,and achieve the cultivation goal of cultural understanding.At the end of the paper,it puts forward that we should improve the students' understanding and cognition of national music,deepen the students' interest in learning national music,take the music element itself as the media,pay attention to the language of music itself,and experience how different nationalities express different music styles through music elements from melody,rhythm,speed,strength,timbre,etc.
