The level of teachers is the fundamental guarantee of the quality of school teaching,which represents the educational level of the school.Strengthening the construction of teachers is conducive to promoting the strategy of rejuvenating the country by science and education,teacher evaluation is beneficial to the construction of high quality teachers and the improvement of the quality of school education.In essence,the development of classroom teaching evaluation is actually a kind of evaluation of teachers,and the aim is to promote the professional development of teachers.However,the development of classroom teaching evaluation as a new system of teacher evaluation,whether it is applied to high school ideological and political lesson,whether it has achieved good results,what problems still exist,and whether there are corresponding solutions,is worthy of our attention and thinking.In view of this,this paper confirms the problem and its response to the evaluation of high school ideological and political development classroom teaching evaluation.This paper starts with the theory of developmental classroom teaching evaluation,and explains the meaning,characteristics and significance of the evaluation of high school ideological and political development classroom teaching.Secondly,through the understanding of high school ideological and political teachers,It is found that the current high school ideological and political development classroom teaching evaluation still has the evaluation goal achievement,the development concept difficult to promote effectively;The evaluation subject quality is unbalanced,the evaluation concept is difficult to change;The evaluation system is not perfect and the teaching evaluation is restrained.The evaluation method is single and backward,and there are difficulties in operation and implementation.Therefore,aiming at the main problems existing in the current high school ideological and political development classroom teaching evaluation,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.That is aimed at promoting the development of teachers and students evaluation target,establish the subject status of teachers in the classroom teaching evaluation,establishing and perfecting the evaluation system,improve the high school ideological and political developmental classroom teaching evaluation standards,using a variety of evaluation methods and evaluation technology,In order to improve the status quo,it is better to promote the development of high school ideological and political development classroom teaching evaluation.
