The rapid development of multimedia technology and communication technology has exerted great influence on the dissemination of scientific and cultural knowledge."Flavor in the World" was shot by Tencent Video,and a human story with food as a clue outlined a map of food with human flavor.Since the broadcast,the broadcast volume of the first episode reached 210 million,and the Douban score even soared to 9.4.After the broadcast,the score was stable at 9.1.In 2020,the second season of global cuisine "Map" was launched.In addition,its topic degree on social platforms such as Weibo and Douban is also high.It can be said that the dissemination of "The World of Flavors" is very successful,and it is also of great reference significance.By shooting food and related cultural and emotional stories,food culture documentaries can easily capture the softest and most emotional side in the audience's heart,create emotional resonance and improve the audience's recognition."The World of Flavor" has formed a good communication trend through its hot and touching cultural connotation,unique narrative perspective and three-dimensional interactive communication channels,which is of great reference significance for the supplement and popularization of geographical knowledge.In this paper,literature research and interview are mainly used,and "film and television resources" and "geography teaching" are used as keywords to search the academic papers in recent ten years,and the existing literatures are selected and studied,from which the research rules and ideas are explored.At the same time,study the books related to the theme of the thesis,and draw theoretical essence from them.By visiting more than 10 junior high schools in Kunshan and interviewing more than 20 junior high school geography teachers in Kunshan,we can have a deeper understanding of the present situation of junior high school geography classes and the application of gourmet documentaries in junior high school geography classes,and then provide real materials and data for this thesis.First of all,interpret the application value of the gourmet documentary "Flavor World" in junior high school geography teaching,and comb it with cases.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the problems,this paper puts forward the current situation of the food documentary "Flavor Human World" in junior high school geography teaching.From the results of the interview,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the use of film and television resources documentaries in junior high school geography teaching.At the same time,it is worthy of improvement,such as teaching with film and television resources as an auxiliary means.It is necessary to do a good job in teaching design before class,select typical materials,and pay attention to interests,hot spots,proximity,aesthetics and so on There should be many ways to present food documentaries in class to increase flexibility and adapt to different teaching contents and needs.Documentaries play different roles in different teaching scenes.The advantages of creating situations and simulating reappearance are highlighted in different teaching modes,so that students can lead a broader life and truly reflect the main role of students in the teaching process.Elaborated from different aspects.Finally,the paper explores the problems and difficulties in geography teaching of the gourmet documentary Flavor World in junior middle school,and puts forward feasible strategies to improve the path.
