High school students are in the "golden period" of physical and mental development.Participating in physical exercise can not only enhance students' physical health but also promote their mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to explore effective ways to promote high school students to participate in physical exercise.This study consists of two parts.The first part aims to understand the current situation of high school students' sports friendship quality,exercise effect evaluation and sports exercise behavior,and to explore the influence of high school students' sports friendship quality on their sports exercise behavior and its mechanism through structural equation model.In this paper,381 high school students from a model high school in Henan province were measured by Sports friendship quality scale,Exercise effects inventory(EEI),Physical activity rating scale(PARS-3)and Exercise phase scale,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0.The second part is to explore the influence of cognitive behavioral counseling intervention based on Trans-theoretical model(TTM)on exercise effect evaluation and physical exercise behavior of high school students.Firstly,the Decision Balance Scale and the Change Procedure Scale were used to investigate the students who had low sports friendship quality and were in the preparation stage.Then,the counseling intervention program matching the characteristics of students in the preparation stage was designed and implemented for 8 weeks.Finally,the difference analysis was used to evaluate the effect of this counseling intervention on students' exercise effect evaluation and physical exercise behavior.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Senior high school students have a medium or above level of sports friendship quality and exercise effect evaluation,but the physical exercise behavior is generally deficient.There were significant gender differences among the three groups.The quality of sports friendship was significantly higher among girls than boys,and the evaluation of exercise effect and physical exercise behavior were significantly higher among boys than girls.In grade,except for the significant difference in the evaluation of fun effect,other differences were not significant.There was no significant difference in the land of origin.2.Sports friendship quality was significantly positively correlated with exercise effect evaluation and exercise behavior,while exercise effect evaluation was significantly positively correlated with exercise behavior.3.The evaluation of exercise effect is partly mediating between the quality of sports friendship and the behavior of physical exercise.4.High school students with low quality of sports friendship and in the preparation stage experienced moderate to low levels of exercise benefits and low levels of exercise barriers,and a higher level of positive factors than negative factors in decision-making balance.5.Cognitive behavioral counseling based on The transtheoretical model can effectively promote the physical exercise behavior of high school students.The students who received cognitive behavioral counseling had better evaluation of exercise effect than those who did not,and had significantly more physical exercise behaviors.
