Taking Chongqing Dazu Middle School as an example,this paper does a survey about the composition of student informal groups in senior high school,the change of student informal group members,the influence on the student individual and classes,parents' contact with student informal groups,the guidance of parents and teachers on student informal groups,as well as the contrast between three grades in senior high school about the above several aspects by questionnaire and puts forward the feasible guidance strategies according to the survey.From the perspective of the composition of the student informal group in senor high school students,the number of members of a informal group generally ranges from 2 to 10.With the growth of grades,the number of student informal groups of 2-5 decreases and more than 10 increases.Most student informal groups have no clear rules and norms,no leading figures,equality and mutual respect among members.It is worth noting that the number of student informal groups which have norms in the second grade is significantly more than those in the first and third grade.Meeting and chatting on Internet are the most wide-spread contact means among members in a student informal group.Most of student informal groups extracurricular activities are also chatting,whose topics focus mainly on study,second on TV programs,computer games,idols and stars.In terms of extracurricular activities,interestingly in the third grade,student informal groups talk the least about learning,and the number of student informal groups which take part in sports activities increases a lot.From the perspective of the change of members of a student informal group,the formation of student informal groups is mainly due to the similarity of interests,the attraction of good personalities and characters and the proximity of spatial distance.Because of the three factors,students also choose to join or leave a student informal group.The change of student informal group members is greater and greater with the growth of grades.From the perspective of the influence of student informal groups in senior high school,student informal groups have a great influence on all aspects of personal development,among which the influence on personality is the largest.And student informal group almost impact other aspects equally such as study,life,hobbies,ability,entertainment.Most students are not aware of the influence that they and their partners have on the class,but most student informal groups actively learn and participate in class management and follow class rules and regulations.Student informal groups in the third grade have a higher enthusiasm for class activities,and in the second grade are more likely to give up the lessons that they have no interest in,and the participation in class management decreases with the growth of grades.From the perspective of parents' contact with student informal groups,most children do not willingly let parents know about their partners.Most parents are aware of the existence of student informal groups at the most superficial level,and not many of parents actively get to know much about them.Student informal groups in the second grade are most in need and most willing to talk with their parents about their partners.while student informal groups in the third year are not willing to have their parents interfere too much.From the perspective of the guidance of parents and teachers on student informal groups,most student informal groups do not want any guidance of parents and teachers and they only hope that parents and teachers can give them some suggestions when they meet problems in the way of communicating equally and respecting their personal opinions.Student informal groups in the second grade are most willing to be guided and helped by parents and teachers while the third grade students are least willing to do so.Based on the survey results,the following guiding strategies are proposed: 1.establish a shared student file including family background,interests,hobbies,entertainment,friends and so on.2.strengthen the contact and cooperation between schools and parents.3.provide a platform where students can perform and develop students' interests and make friends.4.Adjust spatial distance.
