In the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),it is clearly stated that "focusing on teaching according to their talents,paying attention to the different characteristics and personality differences of students,and developing the advantages and potentials of each student." On April 27,2018,the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission stated in its "Small Rise Primary" admission policy that "in accordance with the designated junior high school enrollment district,we should adopt a combination of direct promotion or filling in voluntary and random places,and implement test-free admission in public schools".This makes the school taught by the author under this policy will usher in the change of the quality of students and how to rapidly improve the teaching effect under such conditions of great challenges.On this basis,in order to improve the quality of teaching,improve the teaching level,in undertaking the 13 th Five-Year Project in Tianjin City,put forward the "cooperative inquiry,progressive step by layer" teaching model.It is necessary to teach according to talents and people in order to realize the grand goal of "promoting the comprehensive,sustained and harmonious development of students" proposed by the new standard.The study is divided into two aspects.From the theoretical point of view: to study and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching model in practical application.This paper analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the new teaching model in the physics teaching classroom in juniorhigh school,and provides theoretical support for practical research.On the basis of completing the requirements of physics teaching in junior high school,this paper studies how to practice the new teaching mode.From the practical point of view: to provide practical methods and basis for the teaching process of physics.Let teachers better integrate,utilize and develop different students.With the practical study of the "cooperative inquiry,progressive step by layer" teaching method,the application of the new teaching method in quality education is further promoted.In the course of research,the paper studies the classroom application of the teaching mode of "cooperative exploration,progressive step by layer" through the practice process design and teaching case design.Select the third and fourth classes of the ninth grade of Tianjin 50 Middle School,which are also the two classes of the same level taught by the author,and select the experimental class and the control class by the method of comparative experiment.Then,through the pre-test analysis of students,including learning level,subject cognitive learning attitude,habits and development potential and other aspects of the investigation of experimental class students hidden stratization,after layering reference to students' learning level,psychological factors and interpersonal factors in accordance with the proportion of reasonable grouping,as far as possible to achieve the sample "intergroup homogeneity,group heterogeneity."Through the layered teaching design of different levels of students to set layered teaching objectives,layered questions,layered exercises and other teaching links,three teaching cases are selected as examples: current characteristics in series and concatenal circuits;Finally,in the experimental class to apply the "cooperative exploration,progressive step by layer" classroom teaching model,while the implementation of a new layered teaching design for teaching,the control class using traditional teaching methods for teaching,and finally the implementation of the effect of comparative analysis.The experimental class and the control class conduct a unified level detection survey once a month,and use the information means to carry out differential analysis of the detection data.The results show that the teaching mode of "cooperative exploration and progressive step by layer" is beneficial to improve students' understanding of physics in the classroom application,and at the same time arouses students' strong interest in learning to stimulate learning motivation,and also helps students to develop healthy personality and social development,and at the same timelets students form competitive consciousness and group consciousness in group activities,and complete the exploration of their own personalized learning methods.Through this practical study,the practical exploration of the application of the "cooperative inquiry,step-by-layer progressive" teaching mode in junior high school physics classroom is completed,which shows that the teaching mode of "cooperative inquiry,step-by-layer progressive" teaching mode has obvious effect on the improvement of students' ability.
