The current era is an era of globalized knowledge-driven economy.In order to remain invincible in international competition,talent cultivation has become the top priority for all countries.As China is stepping from a country with large human resources to a country with strong human resources,it is urgent for us to strengthen the international competitiveness of basic education.With the deepening and advancing of elementary education curriculum reform,the cultivation of the global consciousness has become an important task of history education.The purpose of this paper is to study how to cultivate students' global consciousness under new circumstances.In the process of writing this paper,the author has referred to a large number of relevant works and papers about the cultivation of students' global consciousness in history teaching at home and abroad,and has borrowed some classical historiographical theories,advanced educational theories and good practical experience.Such as "the Idea of Empathy" method of history research,UNESCO's theory on learning,historical space teaching method and so on.At the same time,the paper combines the author's thinking and practice accumulation on the cultivation of students' global consciousness.All the above provides direct or indirect experience for the writing of this paper.This paper is composed of four parts.The first part is a theoretical exploration,which defines the concept of global consciousness by combing the formation and development process of global consciousness.The second part discusses the relationship between high school history curriculum and global consciousness in order to make the cultivation of students' global consciousness concrete.The third part is the teaching practice research on the implementation of cultivating students' global awareness in high school history teaching.Specific teaching designs,conducted teaching reflections and methods are also shown in this part.The fourth part includes the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of global consciousness in high school history teaching and the author's future prospects on this topic.On the basis of adhering to the new idea which takes the key competencies of history as the core and combining with the unified high school history textbook The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History,this paper carries out practice,which is clearly targeted and operable.It is hoped that this modest effort can promote the exploration and development of the new curriculum.In the process of cultivating high school students' global consciousness,students' enthusiasm for learning history and history thinking ability have been significantly improved,and their personalities have been developing in a normal and harmonious way,so that they can have more comprehensive and objective understanding of China and the world,and greet the new era with a positive life attitude.
