As the smallest unit of high school education system in China,class plays a fundamental and key role in senior high school teaching.Most of the high school teaching and management activities rely on class management to achieve.How to better achieve high school class management,improve the effect of teaching and educating people has been a hot topic of concern.Strictly speaking,class management involves many subjects such as pedagogy,educational management,behavioral logic and psychology,which is a complex systematic engineering.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of class management,we must introduce advanced theories and methods in related disciplines to optimize the current class management system.With the development of the times,the traditional class management has become more and more unsuitable for the Post-00 high school students who pursue self and personality liberation.Especially now,with the popularization of various convenient and fast information access methods such as mobile phone app and forum,senior high school students can be exposed to more diversified cultural concepts and information.However,many dross in the current network culture will bring great impact and negative impact to the high school students who are in the construction period of three outlooks,thus leading to a variety of problems in the class management of high school,such as students Most of them no longer care about the collective but only care about their own studies.Many students are indifferent to the class interpersonal relationship,and the basic function and cohesion of the class are getting lower and lower.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce new theories and methods to improve the level of class management under the new situation.Using the construction of good class culture to realize the management of class is a class management idea widely used at present.Class culture refers to the sum of material,spiritual and institutional culture formed by students in a class,which can promote the development of students' personality,personality and academic performance.For high school students,the heavy burden of learning often makes every student move forward with heavy load,which leads to the cultural management of many high school classes in vain,lack of serious and in-depth implementation,which makes the effect of cultural management of a large number of classes not ideal.After the author's research on some senior high school students,they have a vague concept of class collective.They think that their class has no cohesion,and even express disappointment at the class style of study.Because CIS Theory has been a great success in enterprise management practice in recent decades.Especially in the construction of corporate culture and improve the competitiveness of enterprises show a huge power.In order to solve many practical difficulties in the current high school class management,this paper attempts to introduce the cultural management function of CIS Theory into the class management,and realize the high-level construction and management of class culture by constructing the class image feature recognition system.This paper first studied the relationship among the concepts of class management,class culture and CIS cultural management function.Through a comprehensive consideration of the management and construction of class culture,it was proposed that the relevant concepts of CIS could be used to realize class culture management,so as to improve the efficiency and level of class management.Then it studied the specific path and method of CIS Theory into high school class management.And took Yibin City s high school as an example,through the investigation to understand the main problems existing in the school's high school class culture management,analyzed the causes of these problems,after in-depth thinking and Research on the problems,according to the previous relevant research,put forward improvement strategies.Finally,the author took his own class as an example to introduce how to introduce CIS Theory into class management.The specific planning methods of class concept system(MI),class behavior system(BI)and class visual system(VI)were pointed out.
