As a teaching strategy,the study guidance plan is an inevitable choice under the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Learning guidance plan is a teaching method that teachers design learning plans according to teaching content and use them throughout the teaching process.The main method is the process of teacher design in advance,students' independent preview before class,new get out of class teaching,and the process of student discussion and review after class,forming the teaching concept of "Teacher-centered and student-centered".The author's school is carrying out educational and teaching reform,and the teaching method is formally guided learning plan teaching.Therefore,the research direction of this paper is guided learning plan teaching.The author expounds the application of guided learning plan teaching in senior high school classroom according to his own research situation.There are five parts in this paper.The first part expounds the research background,methods and ideas,the purpose and significance of the guided study plan.Based on the research situation of the academic circle and the author's research situation,this paper determines the application research of guided learning plan in senior high school history class as the research direction,the students of this school as the research object,explores the development teaching method suitable for this school,and explores the promotion of guided learning plan teaching in benevolent or other areas.The second part,mainly from the school's development needs,as well as the actual situation encountered in the teaching process to discuss the practical significance of the guided study plan,and from the theory and practice to demonstrate the feasibility of the guided study plan.Guide case teaching research in academic circles is not strange,I'm not learning a forerunner of case studies,such as Du Lang mouth middle school,and hengshui high school who has studied in Changle No.2 Middle School,due to theregional differences and cultural differences,the dilemmas facing,the author in this paper,we described the ideas and solutions to similar but different.Due to the development needs of our school,there is an urgent need to improve education and teaching and improve teaching quality.This part mainly expounds the practical significance of the implementation of guided learning scheme in the school where the author works,as well as the confusion existing in the promotion process,and discusses the teaching mode beneficial to our school in the future development process.The third part,mainly explores the preparation and application of guided learning plan analysis,as well as the evaluation of students,to ensure the effective application of guided learning plan.During the implementation of guided learning plan,the level of teachers' personal professional quality affects the quality of guided learning plan preparation,explores the relationship between teachers' personal professional development and new curriculum reform,and how schools promote teachers' personal professional development,so as to promote the success of education and teaching reform.In addition,the direction of students' development is an important factor affecting guided study plan teaching.Teachers' preparation of guided study plan must be based on students' development,while students' personal ability affects the effect of using guided study plan.In teaching practice,due to the difference of teachers' individual ability and students' learning ability,the progress of some courses in implementing guided learning plan teaching is slow and the classroom teaching effect is poor.The author analyzes the existing problems from the teaching practice and seeks solutions from the problems.The fourth part,through the form of case analysis and interview,understand the problems in the teaching process of guided learning plan,and draw conclusions based on these problems and data.Through the analysis of specific cases,it is pointed out that teachers have an inaccurate grasp of the curriculum knowledge and learning situation in the course of writing the guided learning plan,so as to avoid similar situations in the writing and use of the guided learning plan in the future.At the same time,through interviews,students' psychological changes in the learning process can be understood to better understand students' learning situation,so as to provide effective information for teachers' classroom teaching.The fifth part,according to the previous part of the research,in view of the guided learning plan teaching mode in the teaching of the existing problems,put forward improvedmethods.As the main research object of this paper is our school,the conclusion is based on the research data of our school,and the countermeasures proposed in this paper are only suitable for our school.If similar situations occur in other schools,the countermeasures proposed in this paper should be carefully chosen.Therefore,this paper takes the guided learning plan teaching of Renhuai Six Middle School as the research background and combines with the current education theory to analyze the guided learning plan teaching of history compulsory Course 1 and Lesson 3of senior high School.From the preparation and application of the guided learning plan to teamwork,this paper makes in-depth consideration and proposes improvement measures for the existing problems.From teachers' personal development and the lifelong development of students,schools should promote learning case teaching,the practice of curriculum reform spirit,must pay attention to the incentive evaluation of teachers and students and teaching activities,teachers level to promote deep thinking in the teaching activity,further study professional theory knowledge,form a huge theoretical system of knowledge,curriculum standards,combined with the lovers for the students to present a historical Tian feast.In the aspect of students,the main body consciousness and group cooperation consciousness are increased,so as to make full use of the guided learning plan to improve their academic performance in the learning process.In this paper,guided learning plan teaching is discussed as a teaching strategy,and the influence of guided learning plan on teachers,students and schools is discussed.Guided learning plan,as a teaching strategy,ADAPTS to the current changes in our school's teaching methods,students' learning methods and evaluation methods,and is applied in senior high school classes to guide students' learning and lay a foundation for their lifelong development.This paper expounds that the teacher's role should be changed in the course of the development of the guided learning case,from the former leader of the classroom to the leader of the students,and the students from the listener to the leader of the classroom.The change of the roles of teachers and students is an important change in guided learning plan teaching.In addition,due to the development of The Times,the needs of teachers and students have also changed,so has classroom teaching and teaching concept.Constant teaching and constant teachers cannot promote thedevelopment of education and teaching.Only by keeping up with the development of The Times can qualified talents be cultivated for the country.When sorting out the data of our school,the author found that there were some difficulties in the guided study plan teaching.For example,due to the practical factors such as local education policy and school financial resources,there were not many opportunities for teachers to go out for study,so they had to rely on their own exploration.Due to the subjective factors of teachers,the growth rate is slow,and the writing and application of guided learning plan are relatively rigid,with poor classroom effect.The change of students' role is not accomplished overnight.At the beginning of our school's guided learning plan teaching,students could not adapt to the change of role,their academic performance declined quickly,and their learning confidence suffered a blow.With the joint efforts of teachers and students,the problems existing in the guided learning plan teaching were solved in a timely manner.It took two months for students to gradually adapt to and accept the changes in their roles,and their confidence in learning and sense of achievement returned.Other problems existing in the practice of guided learning plan teaching are discussed in detail in this paper,but more are described here.Generally speaking,it is feasible to use guided learning plan teaching in class.
