The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated: "We should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental tasks of the Lideshu people,develop quality education,promote educational equity,and train socialist builders and successors for the all-round development of moral,intellectual and physical beauty." "The basic education curriculum carries the Party's educational policy and educational thought,and plays a key role in the Lideshu people.China's general high school education is an important part of basic education,on the basis of compulsory education to further improve the quality of the people,facing the general public basic education.High school education attaches great importance to and advocates aesthetic education,and the opening of music teaching in high school is an important measure to strengthen the work of aesthetic education in schools.As a compulsory subject of basic education,since the restoration of music curriculum in 1996 in China's ordinary high schools,the setting of high school music curriculum has been following the basic concept of "aesthetic as the core",and constantly explore and perfect.In December 2017,the General High School Music Curriculum Standard(2017Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standard")was officially promulgated by the Ministry of Education,and the "New Curriculum Standard" hones the core literacy of music subjects in three areas: aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding,which emphasizes the fundamental tasks of the music curriculum "Lideshu Man" and stipulates that the "Singing" module is a compulsory course in the "New Curriculum Standard".Singing is a kind of music practice which expresses feelings,stimulates will and is beneficial to physical and mental health,and it is an effective way to cultivate students' aesthetic ability,musical expression ability and music creation ability.Since ancient times,our country has the truth of "emotion in the middle and in words,words are not enough to sing",from the ancients' evaluation of singing can be seen the importance of singing to people's emotional development.Kodak,a famous music educator,said: "Instrumental music is after all accessible to a few people,and only vocals,the most beautiful instrument that people are born with,will make music belong to everyone." "New curriculum standard" will be "singing" module into the compulsory curriculum,to meet the different interests and special needs of students in music,enrich the form and content of ordinary high school music courses,increase the choice of students space.Shandong Province is an early province to carry out the reform of the new curriculum standards,but due to the economic development,cultural traditions and educational level of the cities are relatively different,the opening of the high school music teaching "Singing" module is at different levels,the difference is also very significant.This paper selected binzhou City,Shandong Province,A,B two high schools and Boxing County C,D,E three high schools,as well as the city's 17 high school music teachers as the object of research,with "new subject standards" as the theoretical guidance,from the "singing" module,to examine the "new standards" since the implementation of binzhou City 5 high schools in the "singing" module,as well as "singing" module in the process of opening problems.Through the investigation of the "Singing" module teaching in binzhou A and B high schools,the author finds that in the field of music teaching in municipal high schools,the opening of the "Singing" module has many places worthy of reference and learning from other county schools,such as: school leaders' support for the teaching of the school music module,the teachers are fully equipped,the diversity of the modules,the emphasis on choral teaching in the "Singing" module,the students' basic musical literacy,the teaching and research norms of music subjects,and other advantages.Music teachers and students go to study.However,affected by various factors,in Boxing County C,D,E three high schools and extracted 17 high school music teachers questionnaire results,there are many problems,"new curriculum standards" have not been well implemented,such as:test-taking education concept is still dominant,school leaders on music teaching is still notenough,students on the music curriculum of the learning concept is not correct,school equipment is not complete,music classes are not enough.These problems seriously affect the implementation of high school module teaching,if such a long-term development,will not be conducive to the aesthetic education of high school students,to shape the students' sound personality has a very negative impact.According to the results of the survey,the author puts forward some suggestions and ideas based on the "new curriculum standards",such as: The government should increase the financial and institutional guarantee of music education;Establish your own correct world outlook,outlook on life,values.In the framework of the thesis,the author also put forward a bold idea for the opening of the "Singing" module according to the advantages of the local Lu opera art.As the author is a short-time high school music teacher,teaching experience and scientific research level is insufficient,the analysis and suggestions in the text may not be comprehensive and in-depth enough,please criticize the teachers.
