In current years,rural primary and secondary schools are faced with increasingly severe loss of teachers,which has exerted negative effects on the balanced development of basic education and the fairness of education.It is necessary to investigate the reasons for the loss of teachers and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to resolve or ease this problem,as it has theoretical value and practical significance for rural teachers,schools and education sectors.Based on the relevant literature and research at home and abroad,this study will investigate the loss of rural primary and secondary teachers in Dancheng County of Henan Province,aiming to identify the reasons for the teachers loss,explore its negative impact and put forward feasible suggestions on how to solve the issue.The thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter one will introduce research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and explains the core concepts and theoretical tools.Chapter two will describe the research methodology of the study carried out in Dancheng County of Henan Province on the loss of primary and secondary teachers in rural areas.Based on the data collected,chapter three will reveal the negative impact of the loss of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas on the healthy development of compulsory education in Dancheng County.Chapter four will analyze the reasons for teacher loss from the perspectives of economy,policy support,school environment and the teachers.Based on the profound analysis of the causes of the loss,chaper five puts forward the corresponding recommendations for the three levels of society,schools and individual teachers,with a view to alleviating the problem of the loss of teachers in Dancheng County and narrowing the educational level in Dancheng County so as to make it comply with the strategic requirements for the development of education in our country and provide examples and references for regulating the flow of rural teachers and stabilizing rural teachers.
