Study On The Loss Of Private Primary And Secondary School Teachers

With the vigorous development of private education,private primary and secondary schools are more and more accepted by parents and become an important part of compulsory education and high school education.In recent years,private primary and secondary schools in the west coast new area of Qingdao gradually increased,and the enrollment scale expanded year by year,showing a good development trend.However,private primary and secondary schools are also exposed to some problems while developing vigorously,among which the most prominent one is the loss of teachers.As a valuable resource of a school,teachers are crucial to the development of schools.The loss of teachers will not only have a negative impact on schools,but also be detrimental to the development of students and teachers.This study took the teachers in five private primary and secondary schools in the west coast new area of Qingdao as the research object,and investigated the current situation and influence of the loss of teachers by means of questionnaire and interview.It found that the loss of teachers was widespread in the private primary and secondary schools in this area,and had a negative impact on the teacher management,teaching level,school reputation,professional development of teachers and students' academic performance.The reasons for the loss of teachers are mainly as follows: the government's support for private schools is not enough;the society has prejudice against teachers in private schools;the management mode and rules and regulations of private schools are not perfect;the personal development needs of private teachers in professional title assessment,training and further education are not satisfied.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures to alleviate the loss of private primary and secondary school teachers: the government should strengthen the support and management of private primary and secondary schools,private primary and secondary schools should improve the management mode and implement humanized management,private teachers should strive to improve their comprehensive quality and ideological cultivation.
