As a basic subject,high school physics focuses on the cultivation of students' scientific literacy,which is a recognized science subject that is difficult for teachers and students to learn.Especially when students step from junior high school to senior high school,they often feel the difficulty suddenly increases.Due to the changes of learning methods,teaching materials and teaching methods,students are apt to have maladjustment in physics learning.For senior one students,learning mechanics knowledge can greatly improve their confidence and interest in learning physics.Aiming at the problem of the connection of mechanics in junior and senior high schools,this paper first makes a survey and comparison of the main factors that cause the difficulty of the connection of the teaching contents and knowledge of physics mechanics in junior and senior high schools,then according to Piaget's cognitive development theory and Vygotsky's recent development zone theory,puts forward several countermeasures to solve the problem of the connection of physics mechanics in junior and senior high schools.It includes constructing knowledge system from point to surface,cognitive field from special to general,exchanging mathematical and chemical knowledge to assist understanding of mechanical knowledge.In order to provide a reference for the first-line high school teachers in the process of teaching mechanics.
