The Rural Education Master Program is an innovative rural teacher training mechanism in China,which is to improve the quality of rural teachers,develop rural education,and supplement the shortage of rural teachers.This article takes the Master of Rural Education of Xinjiang Normal University as the research object.Through my own practice,questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper analyzes the actual role of the Master of Rural Education in rural education.This research is divided into three parts.The first part sorts out the current situation of rural education,the problems of rural education,and the reform and outlet of rural education.This paper analyzes the policies of the Master of Rural Education in China,the scale of the Master of Rural Education and the policy support.The Master of Rural Education analyzes the urgently needed talents in rural education.The second part is also the core part of the research in this article.It is the role of the rural master of education in rural education.The rural master of education plays an active role not only in teaching,but also in schools and education administration departments.In view of this,the second part mainly discusses the leading role of the rural education master in rural education in teaching,the role played by the administrative department,and the role of the national language teaching and national unity education.The third part is the professional development of rural education masters.It mainly discusses the professional identity of rural education masters,the survey of rural education masters’ intention to resign,the case of agricultural master students,and the professional growth of agricultural master students in their work.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this article will interpret and analyze the "Master Teacher Program" and related policies as a farmer and master student based on his own experience and experience of the four-year rural education master.The object is to study and analyze the implementation effect of the "Master Program" and related policies.This study believes that the implementation of the rural education master plan is of great practical significance for strengthening the construction of rural teachers,improving the quality of rural education,and promoting the overall development of China’s education policy under the new situation and new requirements.
