Civil and military personnel training is an important symbol of the in-depth development of civil-military integration,which is the strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission to focus on the training of new types of military personnel in the context of the new military revolution.As an important target for the integration of military and civilian education,graduate reserve officers are the necessary intellectual support for winning information-based warfare.Its exuberant force,as a key indicator for the integration of military and civilian quality in higher education,has a significant role in promoting individual innovation ability,comprehensive performance and mental health,and is gradually becoming a focus issue for experts in the fields of education,military,and management.According to the existing research,it is shown that vigorous efforts are influenced by both the external environment and individual psychology.Therefore,this study used 882 national defense students as test subjects.The data is analysised by SPSS and AMOS.This study examines the mechanism of cooperative support for vigorous power,focuses on the mediating effects of psychological capital and the regulatory effects of applying for internal motivation,and further reveals the relationship between demographic variables such as grade,gender,and professional,and each variable.The results showed that:(1)collaborative support had a positive effect on reserve officers thriving at school.(2)The psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between collaborative support and thriving at school.(3)This mediating effect was moderated by internal motivation,that was,when the internal motivation was low,the influence of mediating was strengthened,otherwise it would be weakened.Finally,the theoretical significance and application value of the results on civilian-military integration education were discussed.
