Teaching wit is a manifestation of the teaching level of teachers in ideological and political courses in high schools.It is a demonstration of teachers' wit in a complex teaching situation.It is an expression of the creative ability of teachers in actual classroom teaching.It is not only a teacher's unique wisdom but also a special art of teaching practice,which runs through the professional growth and development of teachers.How to generate teaching wit in teaching practice is a problem,which faced by many subject teachers in classroom teaching.In terms of the high school ideological and political teachers,the new curriculum reform has brought more flexible development space for high school ideological and political teachers.When they face the unexpected incidents,they should make correct judgments in time,transform the teaching accidents into teaching resource,and complete teaching tasks creatively to achieve high-quality teaching.This article is based on high school ideological and political classes,combining teaching wit with high school ideological and political teaching,using the literature method,and on the basis of summarizing the research of many scholars,through observation method,case analysis method and questionnaire,etc.Targeted research on the generation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit,and from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers and put forward constructive suggestions for the generation of current high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit.According to the structure of the article and the content of the explanation,this article is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion:The introduction part gives a brief introduction to the meaning of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations.The text is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of the teaching wit of high school teachers of ideological and political courses.This part first defines the connotation of teaching wit and high school ideological and political course teachers' teaching wit,briefly analyzes the characteristics of high school ideological and political course teachers' teaching wit,and discusses the significance of high school ideological and political course teachers' teaching wit.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the witty generation of teachers of ideological and political courses in senior middle schools.Based on the survey data,the thesis finds out some problems in high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit,such as insufficient active teaching wit,imbalance of teaching goals,poor emergency handling ability and poor teaching environment,etc.And addresses the existing problems Carry out the reason analysis,such as some teachers' in-depth understanding of teaching wit,some teachers' quality needs to be improved,the teaching environment urgently needs to be optimized,and teaching reflection needs to be strengthened.The third part is the path to the witty generation of teachers of ideological and political courses in high school.The thesis focuses on the current problems in the generation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit,and combines the reasons for the problems,and tentatively puts forward a generation strategy,which is to strengthen the cultivation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit concepts and comprehensively improve the quality of high school ideological and political teachers Optimize the teaching environment for teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools,and effectively strengthen the teaching reflection of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools.The concluding part is a summary of this paper,hoping to provide some helps to the generation of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching wit,so as to enable teachers to improve classroom teaching efficiency,realize the teaching goals better,promote student growth and their own professional development,and achieve high-quality teaching.
