Kindergarten routine education permeates every link of children's daily life,and kindergarten routine education is also an important part of social education activities.Good kindergarten routine education plays a foundation role in the formation of children's good habits,which can effectively promote children's all-round development.Kindergarten routine education is also an effective means for teachers to carry out class management.Through questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this study will deeply understand the current situation of one-day life routine education of middle class children in Jiuquan a kindergarten,including the kindergarten teachers' knowledge of the current one-day life routine education of middle class children,the current implementation situation of one-day life routine education of middle class children,the current situation of one-day life routine education of middle class children,the current situation of one-day life routine education of middle class children in Jiuquan a kindergarten The methods and Strategies of teachers to deal with children's violations,and the status quo of teachers' competence in implementing one-day routine education for middle class children.This paper summarizes the problems and excellent experience in the routine education of children's one-day activities in a kindergarten in Jiuquan City,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the existing problems.The results show that:1.The main problems in the implementation of one-day routine education of middle class children in a kindergarten in Jiuquan City are as follows: Teachers' cognition of the routine education of middle class children is biased,and most teachers regard the one-day routine education of middle class children as the main way for teachers to carry out class management;Teachers despise their own demonstration and have different requirements for themselves and children;The implementation of routines in children's daily life is too dependent on Teachers' experience.Most of the first-line teachers are guided by the experience of senior teachers when they implement daily life education,and empiricism is too serious.Teachers' evaluation of children's routine performance is not in place;The methods to deal with the children's illegal behaviors in the middle class are not scientific enough.They often use pseudo scientific examples to intimidate children to obey the teacher's management,and often use the way of yelling at children to stop children's illegal behaviors;Home cooperation is not in place;Teachers can use a variety of methods and forms to carry out regular education.2.The solutions are as follows: set up a scientific idea of routine education,respect children's dominant position in the routine education of daily life;Establish a scientific evaluation standard of children's routine education,so that the front-line teachers can have evidence to follow when implementing the routine education of one-day life;Organize more relevant training to enrich teachers' theoretical knowledge;Organize more related teaching and research activities to promote the exchange of ideas among teachers.
