As the core link of Chinese teaching,reading teaching plays an important role in the formation of students' comprehensive ability,In the field of reading teaching,the role of modern reading teaching is more important.As an important part of reading teaching,practice connects students' in class knowledge learning and outside class ability improvement.This paper takes the teaching assistant book "Ke Tang Zuo Ye" as the research object,which is the only set of auxiliary teaching books in Wuhan,which has been approved by the provincial textbook Approval Committee and is completely matched with the compulsory teaching material system and teaching evaluation system.This paper uses literature,questionnaire and statistics to explore the writing concept and characteristics of modern reading exercises.At the same time,the use and attitude evaluation of teachers and students in Wuhan were investigated,and relevant suggestions were put forward.The innovation of this paper is that the topic is novel,and there is no relevant research results in the academic circle;the method is scientific,and it pays attention to the organic combination of quantitative research and qualitative research.In terms of material selection,it has a wide range of sources,and tends to choose famous writers and articles,as well as materials with life and contemporary background.There are various types of materials,mainly literary texts,with the largest number of prose;the proportion of in-depth subject materials has been improved due to rich themes;it is closely combined with teaching materials to promote text understanding in class and expand the depth and breadth of reading.In terms of proposition design,there are various types of questions,and the number of subjective questions accounts for a large proportion;it pays attention to the consolidation and development of analytical synthesis and inquiry ability,showing a tendency of emphasizing foundation and promoting thinking.To sum up,the compiling concept of modern reading exercises in "Ke Tang Zuo Ye" shows the following characteristics: setting up a model,paying attention to reality,respecting diversity,paying attention to coherence in and out of class;taking ability consolidation as the guidance,emphasizing foundation;taking ability cohesion as the principle,emphasizing development;taking thinking improvement as the goal,emphasizing literacy.In the survey,we found that the problems in the use of exercises focus on three aspects: the wrong reading purpose,students' personality is not valued,and students' thinking is limited.In view of the above problems and combined with the characteristics of the writing concept of modern reading exercises in "Ke Tang Zuo Ye",this paper points out that the text of reading teaching should have a correct orientation,the process of reading teaching should pay attention to the improvement of thinking,and the mode of reading teaching In order to help teachers adjust their teaching strategies,we should put forward relevant suggestions from three aspects.
