Executive function is the high-level part of cognitive function,and its impairment or damage can cause abnormalities in individual cognition,emotion and social function.As the main force of college students in the new era,due to academic and work pressures and the complexity of the sleeping environment,their sleep duration and quality cannot be guaranteed.A number of studies have shown that poor or insufficient sleep has a profound impact on an individual's cognitive function,especially the impact on executive function.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore ways to improve the sleep quality and executive function of college students.This study firstly used the literature method to summarize and analyze relevant domestic and foreign literature on exercise intervention in sleep quality or executive function.Then,through scale measurement and experimental methods,it explored the impact of yoga exercises of different lengths on the executive function of students with sleep disorders.Finally,through mathematical statistics,the sleep quality and executive function level before and after yoga practice intervention were analyzed,and the mediating effect of sleep quality in the yoga intervention executive function was analyzed.Research results:1.The average total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of experiment group 1(the duration of each intervention is 30 minutes)and experiment group 2(the duration of each intervention is 60 minutes)were significantly decreased after 4 weeks of yoga practice(P<0.01).The sleep efficiency of subjects in experimental group 1 and the sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction of subjects in experimental group 2 were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention of the yoga experiment,there was no significant difference in the average total score of PSQI and the average score of each dimension of PSQI among the subjects of experiment group 1 and experiment group 2(P>0.05).2.The response time of refresh function and conversion function of experiment group 1 and experiment 2 were significantly reduced after 4 weeks of yoga practice(P<0.05);after the intervention,the refresh function and conversion function response time of the two experimental groups There is no significant difference in the change(P>0.05).3.Regression analysis results show that the 4 dimensions in PSQI can significantly predict the refresh function level of college students with sleep disorders,sorted by size: sleep quality and sleep time(factor reduction)> sleep quality> sleep time and sleep efficiency> sleep effectiveness.Among them,sleep quality and sleep time have the largest predictive power,with a coefficient of determination of 0.325;the three dimensions in PSQI can significantly predict the level of conversion function of college students with sleep disorders.The order of magnitude is: day dysfunction>time to fall asleep and day function Barrier> Time to fall asleep.Among them,daytime dysfunction has the greatest predictive power,with a coefficient of determination of 0.861.4.The sleep efficiency in PSQI plays a completely mediating role in the 4-week yoga intervention in promoting the refreshing functional level of sleep-impaired college students.Except for the dimension of sleep efficiency,the other dimensions of PSQI have no significant mediating effects on the sub-functions of executive function.This study further reveals the important role of physical exercise in improving the sleep quality and executive function of related groups,and enriches the theoretical research on the impact of exercise on individual sleep and cognition.At the same time,it is confirmed that sleep efficiency plays a mediating role in the refreshing function of yoga intervention in executive function,and provides a theoretical basis for revealing the mechanism of yoga to improve executive function.In addition,the designed different yoga practice programs provide a basis for college students with sleep disorders who want to improve their sleep quality and executive function to choose appropriate exercise methods.
