Objective To research the current situation of sleep quality of students in some vocational colleges in Anhui Province,to analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality of vocational college students,and to provide scientific decision-making basis for relevant departments to formulate policies and measures to improve students' sleep quality.Methods Five vocational colleges in Anhui Province(Anqing,Chaohu,Fuyang,Chuzhou and Tongling)were selected as the research sites to conduct a questionnaire survey on school students,including general situation questionnaire Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Self-rating depression scale(SDS),by means of stratified cluster sampling.All data were used Epi Data 3.1 software to establish the database,using SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis.Results Among the surveyed subjects,4383(43.1%)were ?18 years old,and 5775(56.9%)were >18 years old,4716 were male(46.4%)and 5442(53.6%)were female;There were 12,440(61.9%)living in rural areas,1445(14.2%)living in the township / town area,1286(12.7%)living in the county area,1143(11.3%)living in the urban area;2487(24.5%)were singleton children.and 7671(75.5%)were not singleton children,there are 1451 people with sleep disorders,with rate of 14.3% in vocational college students.There was no statistically significant difference between the parents' educational level,the family's home and the only child's sleep disorder.The detection rate of male sleep disorder was lower than that of female.The detection rate of sleep disorder was lower than that of students with poor academic performance.The students with poor parents bundle had lower sleep quality than those of high parents bundle(P <0.05).The incidence of sleep disorders was higher in students with bullying and cyberbullying.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The higher the score of depression,the higher the incidence of sleep disorders.Conclusion The detection rate of sleep disorders in vocational colleges in five cities of Anhui province(Anqing,Chaohu,Fuyang,Chuzhou and Tongling)is higher.The factors that affect the students' sleep disorders are: gender,school achievement,parental control,campus bullying,cyberbullying and depression.Effective prevention and treatment strategies should be applied to reduce the occurrence of occupational sleep disorders students.
